I really enjoy this station, but Martin keep! You have made your money! You had an amazing career! Why are you on the radio taking away future prospects from the younger generation. You do not need this!

Only average. I like the presenters, music is okaaaay.

But the bloody adverts. That awful squawking woman that started doing the Wilson’s Bloody Carpets advert is now EVERYWHERE like creeping fungus. Then there’s that TEXT GOWD advert where some lithping bloke is encouraging you to turn your twinkets into tweasure. Oh just SOD OFF.

The radio will no longer play, sometimes, on my laptop. I am using the same login details sine I first started listening. I can listen if I go to another site but this doesn't enable me to get the local station. Absolutely useless with technology.

The Rayo app is absolutely dreadful. Always dropping out - I’ve given up. The problem with greatest hits Radio. Same old same old songs. Ads for about 20 minutes within tan hour. Who on earth thought that Kate Thornton would be a good idea needs to listen to her. Dire! Started listening when mayo moved then Ken, but seriously looking for alternatives. Such a shame

Used to listen to Radio Forth when it originally went on air start the 80s, then 80/90s it went FM & Am/MW seperate, and then come FORTH1 On FM 97.3 EAst 97.6 WEST and 1548 FORTH 2 till DAB and for while even had FORTH 3 on DAB.

But Since GRH took over ALL FORTH, TAY, CLYDE ECT 2 Channels, it has gotten more like ADVERTS RADIO, plus when you do try to get the Siginal within then car/s ON DAB it does not follow you (AS LIKE OTHER DAB STATIONS AND CHANGE TO LOCAL MAST/S Yet in the GHR FM CATCHMENT AREAS, (I.E. SCOTTISH BORDERS) It automatically follows you, from Selkirk, Eyemouth, Berwick Masts because on FM its just NAME GRT HITS as to DAB Having the GRT HITS EDINBURGH (WHICH IT CANT EVEN SPELL COLLECTLY, NORTHWEST (ABERDEEN) Ect, which does not switch Automatically, as like Other DAB CHANNELS IN THE CAR (I.E. SMOOTH RADIO, HITS RADIO, ECT)

As Mostly listen to it for the POP MASTER where as like used to do on BBCR2 at 10:30

as also miss The Brain Teaser with Jay Crowford on RADIO FORTH CLOSE TO YOU at 09:30 every morning when they started up

Too many repetitive adverts,the Lorraine Kelly one is annoying,it's on every break.
One of the newsreaders is awful,she lacks a basic speech skills and diction.
I find myself muting it until the music comes back on..which is excellent.
More music,less repetitive adverts and a professional newsreaders would help.
I'm sure the win cash text competitions earn enough money for the owners.

I find some of the news readers and all the traffic reporters very unprofessional especially when they put on a stupid accent when saying their names

Too many adverts, started off well but now there are too many adverts, I mute all the adverts and when I get fed up I listen to tv app for music no adverts.

I love the music on greatest hits. I listen to this radio station most of the day and live all the presenters especially Ken Bruce and Rossie. I know the adverts are a pain but I now zone out when they’re on. What I really cannot stand is the News. There are some really serious issues going on in the world just now and this morning I have had to hear about the traumatic birth experience of the news presenter. I mean WTF!!!!! What a load of WOKE rubbish.The demographic of the listeners of this channel I would say are over 40, so why do we need to hear about WOKE snowflakes been traumatised by birth.

We were assured that the takeover of Wave 105 by Greatest Hits would mean that local interests and great presenters would endure. Sadly not the case. They appear to have been “retired “ in favour of national interests and a motley crew of presenters , the only human being the lady in the afternoon. The music played is good but even though some of the current pop songs may grate you can’t stay stuck in a particular time, why can’t we have the best of current music and make the best of it. Over time the good local stations have been gobbled up by sterile nationals, Victory, Spirit, Wave to name just a few, they were presented by good people, lively and LOCAL. So don’t expect me to get enthused about a station that is just a “national “ with soulless presenters feeding us the same old. I hope the good people who used to keep us entertained and happy are now in a better place, I only wish I knew where that was!

I love Ken and many of the other presenters but their playlist is SO repetitive, Fleetwood Mac and Starship had more than one song each, for pity's sake. You can predict which ones will be on daily so I only listen to Popmaster then switch over.

As with many of the other comments, I switched from Radio 2 when Ken Bruce started at Greatest Hits and liked Rossie and Simon. For many months I put up with the regular dropouts and un synced signal switching while driving, but finally so fed up with the constant, repetitive averts that I've switched to Gold and, at present pleased with the far lower ad count. One final piece, I tried the app, but just as terrible, if not worse when driving. Shame, some very good presenters ruined by the station.

Honestly I really enjoyed Greatest Hits in the morning as Rick Jackson was a real pick me up in the morning. Replacement is absolutely dire, the show is disjointed and honestly it is going to make me switch to another radio station. Bring back Wave as I can’t take anymore

Rossie is great but this has become a progrmme devoted to getting rid of any spare gold etc. with a few classic hit records thrown in as an afterthought.

Why can't they leave a decent local radio station alone! The shows keep stopping, whether played on a radio, or mobile phone (off air)! They can't even get the coverage right! Ken, Simon, Arlene & Boogie are great presenters, no others. Far too many boring adverts lately, it just makes you change channel. THIS APPLIES TO ALL STATIONS RAYO HAVE BOUGHT. A total waste of time if you enjoy listening to 'MUSIC' on the radio. RAYO ARE AN ADVERTISING AGENCY IT WOULD SEEM.

Started off ok until it started taking over local radio stations promising listeners that there would be local presenters from the old stations. Now they've ousted all the local presenters so it's all radio 2 fossils. At least we sti have national radio south which is now more or less Wave 105 reincarnated. This is what happens when money men don't listen to the audience.

Same old story. Take a good ,successful local radio system and change it for greed .
It worked fine but some imbecile who probably learned everything they know from a uni degree thought “I know how to do this better” I think they suffer from delusions of adequacyKate Thornton has the charisma of a rock. Dull , uninteresting and mediocre to the point of vomit inducing.
The station is being kept alive by a couple of good dj,s Bruce,Mayo,.
Bring back the local jocks who knew their audiences. John Marshall, Wave radio presenters, etc.
AND PLEASE GET RID OF THORNTON

Not local anymore, GHR is now Radio 2 re badged but with adverts (and a lot of them). The reason that we now have more adverts and talking than actual music is to keep the over paid DJ's in a job. How many times do we have a top 500 throughout the year? Same music, same adverts. GHR have probably made all the local DJ's redundant (great work) and now encourage listeners to gamble with the stupid high value competitions that only a very few can win. When local, the prizes were very small but enjoyable to enter as you weren't encouraged to gamble and just lose money. The cash register should now have a 'please gamble responsibly' warning attached. Total joke of a station that has killed the local radio stars.

The music isn't too bad in-between the Octopus Energy adverts . .Have been listening for a few years but have decided to throw in the towel now . .Commercial Radio station Yes, but I have no intention of subscribing so accept adverts . .By God, so repetitive and mind numbing like a chinese water torture . .The everlasting big cash prizes aren't far behind either . .Dreadful .

I'd had my fill of radio 2 so tuned into Greatest hits, it was great for a few weeks until I realised it was repeat after repeat and non stop begging for charities, so many adverts, it drives me mad so I just switch off.
Ken Bruce is all I'll listen to now, oh and the constant plugs for their cash win is mind numbing !.
