Poor customer service
Attempted multiple times to phone and speak to someone about amending policy. Was disconnected both times when I actually did get through. Prior to that waited a week for an email response.
Update 16/4/26
Thank you for responding Rahul, but I notice your reply is generic having read other people’s reviews and your response for similar situations. I have not been contacted by you, there have been no missed calls on my mobile, which I have provided on both emails I sent.
I am beginning to wonder if this company is a scam. I have requested to cancel my cover in the complaints email I sent (still waiting for a response).

When my auto renewal was due
When my auto renewal was due . First I emailed 3 weeks before renewal to cancel as it was a 50 % increase with no changes to be made to the policy with no response. I then tried by telephone to contact them with a call back request , which I did not receive. I emailed again to which I did get a response to which information was required. I had no response to now find out the payment is processed but my policy does not start until 18/04/2026.

Insurance premiums can change each year as underwriting criteria and rates are updated, which can sometimes result in higher renewal prices even when no changes have been made to the policy.
I have reviewed your case and can confirm that your policy was cancelled on 14/04/2026, and a full refund has been issued. This will return to your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing times.

The log in system is rubbish and always have to get a code. I can’t find my policy and trying to get thru on the phone is impossible. I used the ring back service and no one called me back
