Excellent service all round
Delivery was made sooner than expected and within timeframe provided. I had forgotten to say that I needed the basic number of pegs but when I phoned up to explain my error, they offered to send me the 8 pegs I should have ordered, free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Mats nice and easy to lay and of good weight. If ordering again would probably have more holding down pegs as laid on newly seeded soil rather than existing turf.

A friendly helpful and knowledgeable voice at the end of the phone (very quickly answered!) Great customer service - mats dispatched same day they were ordered and arrived next day (premium delivery hardly any more expensive than ordinary) in West Sussex from Cheshire. Palleted and lorry driver able to position easily in yard using motorised lift. Great product and service. Couldn't recommended more highly!

Excellent in all areas
The product is excellent - the mats are really thick and robust, and generous quantities of pegs and cable ties were provided. The price was the best I could find and, most impressively, I received my delivery 26 hours after placing it. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Good product delivered promptly as ordered. It was for a verge which our guests often park on - dry and weedy in summer, muddy in winter. Just the job for that. The grass is even now beginning to show through

The delivery cost calculated at checkout is dependent on the size and weight of the products being ordered, and with our mats being both large and heavy this means delivery charges can be higher than you may be used to paying for other products online.
Rather than just adding the cost of this delivery into the price of the product, we prefer to keep our product prices low and charge the delivery separately, so that it is fair for any of our customers who choose to collect from us.
Totally understand why in some circumstances it may look abnormal but hope you can appreciate the position we take.
