Excellent flavor, very tender and liver from any animal is one of the best forms of delivery for healthy enzymes, vitamins, and minerals to your body. I will definitely buy again from this company.

Thanks for the great review of our Lamb Liver - 1 lb! – US Wellness Meat Team 🤠
Great quality
First time having lamb liver - I am eating raw and it is delicious!
Wonderful lamb liver! Very fresh, mild, sweet taste and easy to digest. Use it raw in smoothies. Powerful super food.
Impeccable packaging but as a solo I find it it too m many slices together frozen to see how to use it. So not tried yet. Once the hawed liver needs to be cooked & eaten immediately. I’m sure it’s good for a family.

Hi Anita,
Thank you for your valued review. Our products are safe to partially thaw, portion, and refreeze. We recommend this to those who cannot eat the entire package at one time. We appreciate your patronage!
Best of health,
US Wellness Meats Team
Excellent
Mild and flavorful.
Out of all the liver from various animals this was the tastiest to me
Fresh and delicious
This is the only liver I would buy, it tastes excellent. Store bought bovine liver is awful.
High quality meat.
