Produktdetaljer
Top Round Steaks tend to be leaner and one of the more affordable beef steaks. It's not lean on flavor though. A slow cooker can turn these cuts into a gourmet meal. Whether you braise or slow roast these grass-fed Top Round Steaks, you will be sure to love the affordability and flavor.
Another method to add even more flavor is to sauté with mushrooms, peppers, and/or onions.
Slice thin for sandwiches, tacos, or fajitas.
Top Round Steaks come from the rear leg of the animal.
Each Top Round Steak averages 1.25 pounds.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

I think I may have cooked this poorly. I sautéed it with salt, pepper and onions and then added potatoes, carrots and celery. Pot roast like. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough, because it wasn't quite tender enough. However, the flavor was great!!
