Meat dead not melt in your mouth like a good cut should. This could be said how it was cooked but I have had better meat from the grocery stores

Our cattle are raised with great care and without the use of antibiotics, GMO's, harsh chemical herbicides or pesticides. Before sale, this roast is hand-trimmed to our specifications to ensure that you get the freshest and most delicious meat possible.
