Produktdetaljer
Savor and fork tender is used to describe US Wellness Meats’ boneless Beef Chuck Roast. A year-round favorite, the Chuck Roast is one of US Wellness Meats bestselling roasts. Once you taste the flavor, you'll understand why!
This Beef Chuck Roast cut is marbled throughout which adds to the rich flavor and tenderness. They are not as tender as middle steak cuts, but are perfectly suited for pot roasts and braising. It's also an excellent cut for grinding your own ground beef due to the balance of meat and fat.

Excellent taste and tenderness. Tends to also have hole(s) in the wrapper. Otherwise, delicious.

Great quality and affordable cut of beef. Especially if you follow a more meat based diet like Carnivore.

Used this along with some kidneys to make steak and kidney pie, then the rest for some beef stew. Taste was great, but I found the fat content higher than what I find locally and some of it didn't "cook out" and become tender like it usually does for stew.

We appreciate your review on our Beef Chuck Roast. This is a favorite among our customers and staff. The low and slow method of cooking is always recommended with grassfed and finished meats. The meat is much denser because of being raised in free ranging in pastures and responds beautifully when cooked at a lower temperature and a slower cook time than most storebought, feedlot meats. We are always happy to assist if you ever have questions or concerns about any of our products. Thank you for your patronage and for sharing!! -- US Wellness Meats Team 🤠

Ordering is very easy on the site and delivery was prompt. As for the food, it's beyond amazing. This is the way to eat: animals that are properly raised on a species appropriate diet.

We love making pot roast. However, some roasts are fattier than others. I feel like I’m spending more money on the fat part. All in all, it’s a good basic we keep on hand.
