My wife and i recently bought a brand new caravan from Granthams and one of the things my wife wanted me to do, was to buy a Grantham’s tow hitch cover.
This can be done online and is dealt with by the amazing Sam - i think - who is an asset to Grantham’s and does everything just so.
Communication was spot on, items were despatched very quickly and it arrived well packaged.
This is the second time i have used their shop and the second time i have had an amazing experience, i will be back to buy more items at some point i am sure.

Great price, quick delivery

I ordered a pair of replacement keys for our caravan on a Tuesday evening, they were delivered on the Thursday morning, I can't fault the service 👍

Sheila Randall was incredibly helpful in after-sales with the Elddis Campervan that I purchased. It is reassuring to know that there is someone who appears to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I had issues with my newly purchased, pre-owned van and required a couple of jobs to be completed before travelling to Europe. This was achieved in time thanks to Sheila & Dean

This company has serious issues in their after sales service. The admin team, although pleasant, appear have no idea what is happening in the workshop. A complete disconnect between departments. We had work promised to be done but not delivered. Charged for a part that was not required and then asked to pay again for the correct part! Absolute chaos with so many rigid rules and policies instead of common sense. Would not recommend buying from them as their after sales service is abysmal.

We recently purchased a 2nd hand caravan. Christian in sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Being new to the caravan world he guided us to a caravan he thought would best suit our family and needs. He was attentive, patient and gave us time to ask a lot of questions.
Grantham's were very honest about the caravan and even picked up there was slight water ingress which they were not happy with and they wanted to address it. This was something we would never have noticed.
Being a 2nd hand caravan there were a couple of minor issues that arose after picking it up.
We were passed on to Shelia in warranty who did a great job in sorting everything out. We are very much looking forward to the Summer and utilising the caravan as much as possible. We would highly recommend Grantham's for purchasing a 2nd caravan and very glad we choose them! We also received a complementary night at a local Caravan Site which was a nice touch and much enjoyed. Very pleased to find a part for my 27 year old camper and service and delivery was excellent

Was looking for a Thule ladder with magnetic mount. Grantham caravans had it in stock, easily the best price and would deliver it free. It’s just arrived literally 2 days after I ordered it via Parcelforce. Really delighted, great bit of quality kit. Can highly recommend using Grantham Caravans.

First time using our caravan and we couldnt get the water to work and there was a strong smell of gas when turned it on so immediately turned off . We took it back on the sunday to be checked over, we left it with them , the engineers did a full gas check and looked at why we wasnt getting water through. Turns out the gas was fine and we did something wrong regarding the water, thats why we didnt have any . Both things resolved. Not once were me made to feel like we were daft or silly, they understood our worries and knowing we are new to this they put our minds at rest. The staff here are the best, couldnt fault any of them, they feel more like our friends already in the short time of knowing them. Thanks to all of you, mandy & keith henrys.

Just had our new Caravan (Last year) Serviced at there Retford Branch ! Friendly Super service kept me informed and updated throughout the whole event !
Shelia and the service team, went above and beyond, would definitely recommend them.

Good communication and swift delivery

Purchased a drive away kit for my awning. Item very competitively priced & reasonable postage. Excellent correspondence & item arriving vey quickly. Not used the kit yet as have not been away & weather not good enough to erect awning.

I was looking for a seasonal awning and noticed you could use WhatsApp so explained my budget and what I wanted and ended getting a camptech awning with storm straps for a reasonable price which was also free delivery and arrived in days
I came away happy so thanks to the person on the other end I never got their name so couldn't say who it was but they get 5* for their help and efficiency 👏👏👏👏👏 I assume it was the Grantham branch but I'm not sure as I've only just realised there is one in Retford after submitting this form
