I’m very happy with my recent order from Grand Bazaar Istanbul! The tea arrived beautifully and securely packed, fresh and full of flavor. The coffee was also excellent and had a wonderful aroma and taste. Everything was packaged with great care, and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for.

Ze sturen hun post met fed ex. Fed ex laat je 15 eu meer betalen dan de invoerrechten. Omdat ze dan zogenaamd voor zorgen dat ze sneller leveren. Op de website en of tijdens bestellen stond hier niets over vermeld.

Very disappointed with the customer service.
I ordered two Argivit Focus bottles and paid 1,302.75 CZK.
However, GrandBazaarist issued the commercial invoice with the wrong currency (USD instead of CZK).
As a result, my shipment is now held by FedEx Customs in the Czech Republic, and I may have to pay incorrect customs charges because of this mistake.
I have sent several emails and WhatsApp messages asking for a corrected invoice, but I have received no reply.
This issue is causing unnecessary delays and stress. I only need a corrected commercial invoice showing the correct currency (CZK) so that customs clearance can be completed.
I hope GrandBazaarist responds immediately and resolves this problem.

They have genuine Turkish products which you just can’t easily find outside of Turkiye. For this very good 👍

The prices were fair, we got a bit of a hiccup during customs due to new rules but they were able to provide the necessary documents and I got my package.

I have been their customer for almost 2 years now, and I can confirm with certainty that they are reliable suppliers, perfect service, really good communication and you can be sure that your money will not disappear, highly recommended :)

Habe ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel bestellt, jedoch nie erhalten und die Firma reagiert auch auf meine Mails nicht. Habe das Produkt bei Bestellung bezahlt und auch das Geld nie zurück bekommen. Das ist Betrug.

They were willing to explain any issues that might occur since the transporation to my country was questionable, yet they did their best to help me out and all ended up well. As for the products.... just awesome!

I placed an order for a product on 5/15/26 and payed for express delivery and it still says the order hasn’t even processed yet. I tried to contact them and all they have is a whats app link that doesn’t even let you call out. I emailed them and got a email saying that my message didn’t even get delivered. I want a refund but can’t cancel my order so I’m going to dispute it with my bank. I’ll never order from them again. EVER. I advise people to steer clear of this scam site

Zapłacono za produkty oraz przesyłkę ekspresową,przez 5 dni nikt się nawet nie odezwał,po napisaniu emaila ,dostałem odpowiedź że muszę zapłacić kolejne 15 dolarów !!!!!! Poprosiłem o zwrot gotówki ,jak na razie jej nie otrzymałem ,ostrzegam to oszustwo !!!!!!każdy klient powinien być poinformowany o dodatkowej opłacie przed złożeniem zamówienia oraz zapłacie!!!!!!!!!uważać !!!!!

I paid $50 for real salep plus $25 VAT and when it arrived, it was clearly almost entirely starch. It thickens entirely too easily with cold milk - real salep only thickens when it is heated. I emailed them about it but they never responded. The only way real salep gets thick is from cooking. This stuff needs so little of it to make it thick it gives no flavor, and I had wanted it for the health benefits anyway. Scam.

I was looking for a specific treat to send to my daughter in law in Germany and finally found it on Grand Bazaarist. I ordered it from here in the U.S. and had it shipped to Germany and I have to say the entire process was without fault. The order arrived fast and in perfect condition. The communication from Grand Bazaarist was great including preparing me for paying customs duty on the items; and my daughter in law is delighted with her gift. I have no hesitation about ordering from here again.

Absolutely first class service from Grand Bazzarist. They managed to deliver high quality Turkish produce all the way to the Outer Hebrides, which is no small feat in itself.

The order arrived quickly and exactly as requested, well packed and in perfect condition. The produce was excellent quality, especially my favourite apple tea, which was authentic, fresh and every bit as good as I’d hoped.

Reliable, efficient and clearly passionate about the quality of what they supply. I will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine Turkish ingredients, even in the most remote parts of the UK.

I bought a coffee machine from them (Arcelik Arçelik TKM 9961 S Black Steel Double Turkish Coffee Machine, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The machine started leaking water constantly, and sometimes it stops working completely.

I contacted customer support after max 10 days, but they told me I must return the machine at my own expense for repair. The total cost is over $100, which is completely unreasonable for a product that arrived faulty.

I believe a defective product should be repaired or replaced without putting the financial burden on the customer. Because of the poor quality and lack of proper customer support, I cannot recommend this product or this company
I need even to buy another machine.

I received the BEST customer services from this merchant. My package was delayed by the courier for no apparent reason and they took it upon themselves to help tack my package and the very next day my order was delivered!
I will definitely do business with them again anytime.
