Beautiful table, benches and chairs - very easy to construct. Great customer service with regard to timely communication about the delivery and what to expect.

So pleased with the table, chairs and bench. Fantastic quality - really well made. The team kindly rearranged delivery for us when our house move dates changed.

The table and chairs are exactly what I wanted and as good as they appeared on the website.
The service from Grain & Frame was excellent as was the delivery process from their delivery partner.
I have no regrets about buying on line and would recommend anyone who has struggled to find a table that fits in their room to check them out,

We love our table and four chairs, it is the perfect size for our small kitchen corner. It arrived very well packed and was easy to put together. The pale colour of the solid oak is gorgeous and the simple Scandi aesthetic was just what I was looking for. I spend a moment every day just admiring it!
The customer service was excellent with quick replies to emails and someone actually answering the phone when you call.

Customer service is good. They had a sale on when I ordered the sample pack and they advised the sale would be over by the time I received sample pack. They advised me to place my order and place it on hold until I had decided on colour.
Table came and it is beautiful, the perfect size and colour for what we wanted.
The big downside and why I ultimately wish I had never bothered purchasing the table. It marks so easy, the finish is very easily scratched. We have had one family meal at the table, used placemats and after the first use it was scratched- not sure what caused it.
We now have another scratch from sitting a box on the table.
It’s gotten to the point where I am afraid to sit anything at all on the table for fear of scratches.
This shouldn’t happen with a quality oak table. I am greatly disappointed in the quality for the price paid.

The quality of Grain and Frame products are amazing, the attention to detail as well the customer service is is amazing. From the moment I ordered my samples the communication was brilliant.

Delivered well packed. Easy to assemble. Looks gorgeous. Also as I was buying chairs from another company, it was great to get a sample of three different colours they do tables in to match chairs in the post before ordering the table. Got the table in the sale so it was a great price and believe me I looked at 100s of dining tables.

Excellent table quality and build; very well packaged and pieced together, and very simple too. The bench works really well, and the extension feels sturdy.
We got a Natural solid oak table, 6 to 8 seater, with matching bench.

Great personal service, but more importantly a great product - beautifully designed and made, and very easy to assemble.

I love my new Grain and Frame table. The whole ordering and delivery process was very easy and professionally handled and I was kept informed the whole time. The assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. The quality of the finish is gorgeous and it is very clearly head and shoulders above others on the market. I bought some extensions to take the table from 6 to 10 and I'm so glad I did.

The danish cord stains very easily not mentioned on the website. A very small
Spill in hat was wiped with a cloth has caused a massive yellowing of the product. At £200 a chair, this is a little disheartening. Spoke to G&f and they said nothing you can do and can’t really use any form
Of protection. I bought 4 chairs so on reflection would have opted not to buy these as they are not functional for even light use or spill of any kind. So if want chair that you can’t really use that take little or no day to day wear or tear and just want to look at them then these are a perfect choice as they do look great. Just don’t spill anything on them and don’t use any water. Just like gremlins

We ordered free samples before deciding on the colour and these arrived really quickly. We chose the light oak and our new table was delivered a week later, well packaged. It was very easy to fit the legs.
The table is beautiful and very good quality. We are so pleased with our purchase!

We love our new table - really beautifully made. Benches and chairs are really comfortable and the extensions are brilliant and mean we can easily sit our whole family.
Communication with the company was great from the beginning. The samples came really quickly and our order was kept on hold until we had seen them and confirmed that we were happy with our choice. The delivery was efficient, with careful handling and packaging so the table arrived in perfect condition.
