Curtain material faded horrendously
I wanted to buy some curtains for my bay window and ordered a swatch of Linum Blue from them. I pinned it to my current curtains to see if I liked it whilst continuing with some restoration work. After just 4 months it had faded to a dirty grey blue. If I had gone ahead and bought the curtains at the time they would be looking shocking by now; an expensive disaster. Customer care were risible saying that the fabric should not be exposed to sunlight!

I absolutely love Graham& Brown…
I absolutely love Graham& Brown wallpapers. There is a price tag on it but man !! Quality is top notch. When you touch it you can feel the proper paper quality.the print itself is amazing and doesn’t smells like it came from smelly factory like the cheapest wallpapers. Wallpaper is easy to lay down on walls and take them off as well when you wet them. My whole corridor is down in beautiful green wallpaper and I ordered other for different part of house.

We had a bit of damage to one of the rolls on a custom mural that we had ordered, and we were worried that we would have difficulty getting it replaced. Luckily, we connected with AnnaMaria and she was able to get the mural reprinted and shipped to us in less than a week. Couldn't be happier.

Dishonest, misleading and shortsighted
Bought a 100ml sample of paint to test in four rooms for large decorating job. Received a less than half full tin, not enough to test in the different locations. I queried it. Sent them email and photo as evidence showing half empty pot. They said would look into. No response for over a week. Chased them up and they were dismissive saying not policy to "fill to the brim". A remarkably condescending and dismissive standpoint over a £5 pot of paint. If they stated was less than 40ml of paint I would of simply bought two sample pots to meet the requirement to test in four rooms. Instead, I just spent £500 on paint fom a different brand who aren't dishonest about stated quantities or gaslighting new customers. A shame as they were recommended. I rarely complain, however, this experience compelled me so that others can be made aware of what to expect.

I replied to them as per their request to get in touch to this review. No response. A week later and no reply. They even gaslight you on Trust pilot! 🤣

tell me the lead time on the products!! It allowed me to order a sample only to refund me and say it's 6 weeks out - now I've spec'd this for a project and may have to go and find something else. There are systems out there that can help with this!

I expected more
The wallpaper I bought looks good but I was, sadly, let down by website and customer service.
Due to a technical glitch, it was over a week before I received my order confirmation, despite reaching out to Graham & Brown earlier than this. And then, when I was in touch about a separate matter, I was advised that someone would get back to me but here I am, seven months later, and still nothing. In fairness to Graham & Brown, my query no longer warrants a response but when I am told that someone is going to do something, I expect it to happen. A cursory check in, so to speak, is all that was required. Maybe I need to adjust my expectations!
