My husband had purchased 3 paintings FRAMED and he received only the canvas painting. We reached out tonthe company that we’re happy to keep the unframed paintings and to be refunded the $500+ difference for the frames. They agreed to this and lied saying they processed the refund when it has been over 2 months and we haven’t received anything from them but lies. We have tried reaching out multiple times and have been told the refund was processed but no proof or funds have been given to us and the only contact detail we had on WhatsApp blocked us. So unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.
Big scammers do not buy from them!!!!

SCAM – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Order cancelled on June 9th, refund promised, yet as of July 29th there is still no trace of any refund on my bank account.
Your public reply tries to shift the blame onto my bank and hide behind “internal screenshots” and a “trace code” as proof of good faith. Let’s be clear:
• No verifiable banking proof (SWIFT confirmation, bank transfer receipt) has ever been provided.
• My bank has officially confirmed that no refund was ever initiated by your company.
• The so-called prompt responses you mention are nothing but automated replies, which do not resolve anything after nearly two months of follow-ups.
In 2025, claiming that a bank transfer is “untraceable” while we can remotely fly drones thousands of miles away is either incompetence or deliberate bad faith.
I have already reported your practices to the French consumer authorities and I am sharing this experience on social networks to warn others. The facts are simple:
• You collected payment.
• You cancelled the order.
• You never refunded it.
Fulfilling your contractual and legal obligations would be the bare minimum. As it stands, your responses are nothing more than an attempt to disguise a blatant scam.

This is a scam, they are thieves
We ordered a hanging lamp for almost €900. It arrived defective, and on top of that, the quality was very poor for the price. We made a claim, and they told us we could return it to China at our own cost. They justified it by saying it was in their cancellation policy, which doesn't mention anywhere that you have to send the product back to China, and their website only states that the headquarters are in UK. Despite this, we agreed to cover the shipping cost. The product is now stuck at Chinese Customs, and they stopped responding to my emails, chat, and everything when I informed them that Customs was asking for more information. This is a scam, they are thieves. I want my money back!!!!

Let us clarify the full and factual timeline:
• You ordered a hanging lamp for nearly €858.49 and reported a minor wiring issue after delivery.
• We responded to your concern within minutes, offering you two fair and reasonable options:
1. A free replacement wire to resolve the issue quickly and cost-free.
2. Or a full refund upon return of the product, as clearly outlined in our return policy.
You chose to return the product instead of accepting the free part. That was entirely your choice, and we respected it.
As per our clearly stated return policy (available on every product page and in our delivery/returns sections), all returns must go back to the production facility where they were dispatched from — in this case, China. This is not hidden information. In fact, our website transparently states:
“We are a UK-registered company with international production units and warehouses in the USA, Poland, China, and more. Products are shipped from the facility where they are produced and must be returned to the same location.”
This is a standard industry practice. There is nothing fraudulent about asking for a product to be returned to its point of origin before issuing a refund.
Now regarding the parcel:
• You chose to ship it back to China.
• The parcel is currently stuck at Chinese customs, and we have not received it.
• You were informed that customs may require additional information or paperwork, which must be provided by you as the sender, not us.
• Despite this, we never stopped replying. We responded on email and chat with every update, guidance, and request for documentation, promptly and professionally.
We kindly remind you:
✅ A refund cannot be issued until the returned item is received by us — this is a standard, globally accepted policy.
✅ You have not yet provided proof of successful delivery of the return.
✅ We have not received the item to initiate a refund.
Calling us a scam simply because your return is delayed at customs — something outside our control — is unfair and inappropriate.
We fully understand your frustration, and we are still here to help. As soon as we receive the returned product, your full refund will be processed immediately.
We stand by our transparency, professionalism, and dedication to customer service.
