Toujours pas livré d'une commande du 8 novembre 2025 soit il y a un mois. Aucun retour à mes mails et pas d'information de Gradinamax !!!

SCAM! Goods not sent, no answer on any email or contact form, money not returned... Complete fraud!

Commandé 5 rosiers qui sont arrivés touts secs les branches sont marrons ces rosiers ne doivent plus être commercialisés. Je les ai planté le jours de la livraison et prévu le service clientèle qui m'a conseillé de patienter un mois . Tous les 5 sont morts aucun signe de pris.L'entrepris a refusé de rembourser.
la livraison coute cher c'est de l'argent perdu.

Do not order anything from this website. They say delivery in 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks. No reply to my messages regarding my order. How can this website still be online is beyond me (just shows how good our regulations are on doing business).

J'aicommandé le 26 mai 4 arbres fruitiers. 91 euros, débités dans les 4 jours. près diverses relances, ils ont soit-disant été expédiés. A nouveau de nombreuses relances. Réponses automatiques, dont l'une me dit que je n'ai pas réceptionné la commande, ce qui est totalement faux. A nouveau des relances: soit, ils m'expédient ma commande, soit ils me remboursent mes 91 euros.
Le 30 septembre, aucune nouvelle.
Je considère m'être fait escroquer.
A éviter absolument..

Scammy. Never got the items, they don't reply to mails. You can't leave a review, they are all fake.

Terrible service, they do not respond to messages, I've tried email and chat. I placed my order on 2 September, still have not received it. All my enquiries have remained unanswered.

Update:
I received the roses on 14 May 2026, seven and a half months after I ordered them. The plants are in poor condition. I will plant them in the hope that they will take root.

I ordered 32 strawberry plants, ALLLL of them came rotted. It was black, smelled terrible. I could not save 1! It took them 2 weeks to ship out my order and I got NO confirmation email after ordering. I wrote to them and they always reply the same sentence. “We will refund your money in the NEAR FUTURE”
One month passed and I did not get my money back! They stole my money. They only send rotted seedlings and strawberry plants. It’s a SCAM!! Don’t order anything

Compré 7 rosales que me llegaron después de 9 días secos y muertos.
Después de plantarlos todos solo han sobrevivido 3.
No responden a las reclamaciones.
Una verdadera estafa.
Muy decepciona.
No recomiendo para nada comprar en este sitio.

Do not deal with them, 1 month ago I recieved 5 kind of roses for my garden.
They arrived dead after 2 weeks now I need to make a courtcase.
They are a Romanian company and my advice is stay away from them.
They are also gradinamaxbg gradinamaxhr and so on.
Plus the courier they are using is the wors in Europe.

Rožių stiebeliai sudžiūvę, kur buvę pumpuriukai irgi nudžiūvę o braškės apipuvusios arba visai supuvusios. Nusiunteme nuotraukas. Labai nusivylem prekėmis, bandeme susisiekti pakolkas esame ignoruojami.

Actual scammers. The plants delivered are of terrible quality, about half of them are dead. Their complaints form is not working, doesn't seem like the e-mail provided exists either. Appears to be a company that only operates in Poland, but has websites all over Europe and supposedly has an address in every one of those countries, but they don't. Neither do they have any support staff for the countries they are servicing. Absolute trash of a company, especially for the price they charge.

Dead plants and more than half missing! Cant get a hold of them!

terrible experience. I ordered some products through their .ro website. After 1 month, time in which nobody answered to my emails or contact attempts through facebook, I receive notification that the product has been shipped. Now that I don't need it anymore and it ruined a birthday present. On top of that, the courier tracking shows that is coming from Krakow.

At this point, I just want a refund, not interested in the product anymore.

Scam company, they promise to deliver the products in 24 hours, never do. Don't reply to emails, phone, contact forms

I had a terrible experience with Gradinamax. They send the worst seedlings, often tiny and dried out, straight from poor-quality plugs. Many plants arrived already dead or didn’t arrive at all! Their customer service is unresponsive, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

If you value your money and time, stay away from this scam company. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
