Besvarelse fra Grade A Technology Ltd
Hi Mathew,
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. However, the Samsung ViewFinity monitor you purchased does not come with a remote, as clearly stated in the product description. You did not contact us regarding this concern before leaving your review, but had the monitor actually included a remote, we would have gladly sent one out the next day. To clarify the misunderstanding, our team reached out to assist, but unfortunately, our staff was met with hostility. We always strive to provide excellent customer service, but we also expect respectful communication in return. If you have any further concerns, we’re happy to help; provided the conversation remains courteous.
Best regards,
The Grade A Team.

Customer service agent called Mel is a diamond, they are lucky to have her over there. Got an iMac and there were a few additional marks on the screen due to it being a high gloss screen during delivery. She was willing to replace or give a partial refund of 10%, can't ask fairer than that. Business with them again anytime, thank you. Loyal customer here, I will return! Trusted seller, great customer service, ask for Mel!
