Great customer service and quick turnaround.

Quick, easy and helpful

The staff via email at grade a technology were lovely and got my screen sent out next day, they were fantastic from start to finish. The product worked perfectly and still is 3months later. Thank you very much. 10/10 service all round.

Items as described. Reasonable prices. Supper quick and safe delivery. Excellent customer service. Quick response and resolution of any problems. Have bought several laptops from them, and will certainly use them in the future

Love the product but feel that the confirmation emails don’t supply enough information. They could add some more detail on the process and what’s happening to make the whole journey seamless.

Quick and easy, and great value.

Very helpful team. Quick dispatch and great prices. Will definitely use again.

Great product, laptop is absolutely immaculate despite being a B grade product, arrived very quickly and customer service was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this company if you're looking for a top drawer refurbed laptop. 👍

Absolutely outstanding seller. The laptop i ordered arrived in immaculate condition, exactly as described — truly Grade A. It was spotless, scratch-free, and honestly looks brand new. I was genuinely impressed with how clean and well-kept it was.

I’ve fully tested the laptop for gaming and everything works perfectly. Performance has been excellent and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It runs smoothly and has exceeded my expectations.

I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!

Purchased a monitor from this company. Was initially dubious of the technology and decided to take a risk.
The product by some miracle arrived the very next day.
Packaging was pristine, and the product was exactly as described.
The monitor is almost 2 months into use and its been perfect. Great graphic resolution and is in constant use.

Will definitely come back to this site in future. The monitor was a latest model at a significantly reduced price.

Thanks

Here is a clearer, more polished version:

The item I originally purchased failed their quality check, and unfortunately they did not have another one in stock. However, they immediately offered me a similar model, effectively an upgraded monitor, for the same price. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the replacement arrived in perfect condition the very next day. I also had a technical question afterwards, which they answered promptly and clearly. I could not ask for better customer service or product support. Fully recommended.

Great sevice, great product and value for money.
I would definitely recommend to others

Helpful when placing the order and requesting a delayed delivery, polite and helpful delivery men. responsive to email queries. Overall a good service.
