Quick and Responsive Technical Support
We use the Flourish PRO theme for our company's website. It has been an excellent theme for several years now. Hiccups with the set-up are rare when using it. However, when there was an issue, Grace Themes was quick to respond and fix. We highly recommend them!

Support has been very responsive
Support has been very responsive. Sometimes things don't always go as planned as you use a theme for a somewhat different purpose. When we come to support with issues, they respond within 24 hours via email and don't stop until its resolved. The theme is beautiful as well.

Excellent support from Grace Themes
I purchased Grace All Theme Package couple of years ago.
