Raj is a TRUE servant leader!
Raj was an excellent instructor! Despite being a small class, the experience was engaging, interactive, and personalized. Disappointed. Completed class but no certificate. Hard to get a straight answer from trainer. Difficult to contact customer service; phone goes straight to voicemail, likely will NOT do any further training with GrabAgile.

I've worked on Scrum teams for years without really getting the why. Turns out Scrum is a framework, not a process. Most of what I'd picked up on the job was each company's own interpretation of it. Our instructor, Danny (Danko) Kovatch, was fantastic.
I also learned a lot from my classmates. We had people from financial services, government, logistics, and software, and each of them approached Scrum differently at their organization.
