Gps i got (etrex se) is great and the on line training/information videos from gps training are invaluable. Dont think i would have got so much from my gps without them.

This is the second GPS smart item I have purchased from GPS training. I was so impressed with the service with my first purchase I returned to them when I was considering the purchase of a Smart Watch my first point of call was GPS Training. I am a bit of a ludite with technology and once again I was able to discuss the watch, its capabilities, whether it would be suitable for my purpose together with the various options and sizes. No hard sell. Sensible advice with a clear rational. Happy for me to spend some time consider my options and what I had discussed. As before the information I was provided with was accurate and helpful. The crowning glory are the training course that GPS Training provide with purchase. These courses provide a visual explanation of your new device and allow even a ludite to understand how to use complex high tech devices. Seeing a task demonstrated visually is far easier to understand than a screen based manual. I have rewound a specific scene or even a whole episode to help with my understanding. This is my second GPS unit bought from GPS training and I would not go anywhere else, because I know the back up is simply the best and this gives me total confidence .

Very helpful, quick response to my questions with regards to recommendations for a GPS unit to suit my needs. Spoke to John who went through my options and gave me very help advice, purchased a Garmin 65's and 1:25 OS maps. Excellent online and telephone tech line included with purchase, learnt a lot that I may not have found for sometime under my own steam. Be careful when looking for cheap deals as
there are a lot that are shipped from outside UK, I would not hesitate to recommend GPS Training. The Garmin 65's is a fantastic piece of kit.

Before I purchased my device I watched the videos on their site, which give a good overview of the device. I also spoke to them on the phone as I had a couple of questions, all of which were answered. I placed my order and the device was with me the next day, it had already been setup and was ready to use on arrival. The online training package provided as part of the purchase is done in bitesize chunks and split into categories making it easy to find specific topics and quick to see where you left off. I would highly recommend GPS Training.

Decided to go for the assisted training options as having had an etrex before found the manual and available guidance limited.product arrived safe and quickly.

pleased with my gps course package very useful in getting familar with getting to know how to manage the nitty gritty of my gpsmapH1 having had a satmap 10 previously which was very easy to operate and understand ,compared to my H1, i feel i have benefited greatly by interacting with your course instructions , the course has speeded up my learning about all the features of the H1 , the instructions are useful as the manual in parts can differ a little in times to some of suggested the info on the unit. The course is well worth the investment

It is now 12 months since I bought my first GPS unit from GPS Training, during which time they have provided prompt and efficient support to resolve any issues. Their training videos got me off to a good start and their support bot is excellent. I have no hesitation in subscribing for another year of access to those resources.

Like others I needed to move away from navigating via my phone onto a platform that was more resilient - better coverage and waterproof to name but two. After buying the Garmin 67 and doing a few courses followed with a few walks I got a bit stuck and decided to book on to this course. The two days with Andy and colleagues was certainly time well spent. My headaches have gone and I feel much more confident in using my Garmin 67 with OS Maps (my favourite) via the Basecamp software. Great chap full of hints and tips to help you get the most out of your Garmin.

I wanted to buy a GPS smart watch, primarily as a navigation aid and also to record activities, but as a first time GPS watch buyer I was confused at the amount of features and different versions, even within brands. I also wanted the option of trying watches on and getting a demo before buying, so online only was not ideal. It was therefore really helpful to have the option to be able to call in to GPS Training to do this, and it was also useful that I was able to have a long telephone conversation with Andy at GPS Training to narrow down the options ahead of my visit. Since my purchase I have found the after sales support excellent, with online tutorials and other information to help me get to know my new GPS watch and Andy has also helped over the phone to clarify some points.

As a mixed ability group, the tutor Andy was able to include everyone in the step by step tuition

Excellent 2 day training course in the Peak District, would recommend for anyone wanting to get to grips with their Garmin GPS device! I am a total novice but came away with a good understanding of how to use my Garmin 67i and the confidence to move forward out on the hills, Andy was extremely knowledgeable and covered all topics in depth making learning interesting and easy to understand, great company to buy products from as all staff members are friendly and knowledgeable.
