I came from Germany. And I just missed a lot of food from my childhood. Of course it's pure nostalgia. Because you get excellent food quality in Ireland, too. I know which butcher or baker to visit to buy the best. But eat like at grandma's? I don't think anyone can replace that, right?
However, thanks to the high shipping costs, imports are too expensive for me compared to the feeling of nostalgia. Here the company "German Products Ireland" just hit the sweet spot. They have the real specialties and the delivery costs do not go beyond the national ones. I dare say even a little less. But whatever. They delivered it on a day to fit my working days and I was able to receive the package without any problems. So I can highly recommend the company to anyone who loves German specialties like potato dumplings: "Klösse" or "Knödel".

5 Stars for the company and staff itself but 0 for the courier used. Twice was my parcel left out in the rain, the company did the upmost to make it right but it didn't work. As long as GPI uses Greenwaycouriers I will not return as a customer. I was really looking forward to the products but was left disappointed.
