Fantastic customer service from first point of contact to unit installation.
It took only 1 week from initial enquiry to having the unit up and running. Responses to emails I sent were answered promptly, professionally and courteously by Andrew. The engineer, Josh, was punctual and polite. Turned up in a clean, marked vehicle and in company uniform. Aesthetically, the way he installed the unit meant that you can’t see any wiring. Couldn’t be happier, with the end product. Clearly they’re a very professional outfit. Faultless ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding from start to finish

It's not often one is surprised at how well a company looks after its customers, but Gower Renewables certainly impressed me.

From the start, there was no pressure whatsoever. A prompt reply to our enquiry, followed by an assessment from their engineer. A few days later, a very professional analysis arrived in the form of a personalised prospectus, detailing the optimum equipment, configuration and anticipated returns based on the orientation, size and location of our property.

Again - no pushing for a decision, no rush. We had a series of questions, which were comprehensively answered in remarkably short order, and they left the rest to us. No pressure, no reminders, just the knowledge they were there when we wanted them. We were interested in a full battery setup too, so the prospectus was duly updated in short order.

We asked for an early installation, which was accommodated soon after, with all the work completed in a single day - panels and batteries installed, the system set up and configured.

There were some follow-up questions regarding the configuration and export of energy, all answered fully and promptly - and here they were really outstanding. Well into the evening, our correspondence was being answered. These people genuinely care about their customers and treat anything they need or want to know as a priority.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company - their competence and customer care simply could not have been better.

I recently had Gower Renewables in to replace my mains board, as the old one was starting to discolour and was fitted really poorly when the house was built.

The electrician has done a brilliant job in making the board blend in much more nicely, and I can't fault the service I've received. I was very pleased with the price as well, as I was quoted significantly more by other companies.
