Will never use them again. Misleading information from the start. Slow to reply to my attempt to reach them. Very sweet and friendly guy who did the job however, I was asked to pay more (as my car was very dirty). This I didn't mind - but was then left feeling dissatisfied with the result. Contacting them, I find their response shocking, unprofessional and frankly rude. Having paid £100 I was left cleaning the car myself. BIG warning to anyone considering using this company.

Will never use again. I made the mistake of assuming bird droppings were removed as part of a normal car wash, why bother getting you car washed otherwise? It is cunning last entry under "extra services". I did ask for a refund or partial reimbursement but was refused both. So, the most expensive car wash and the worst car wash ever!

Fantastic clean, in fact the best I have had. Also very easy to book, pay and simply open my car when cleaner arrives.

Due to to lockdown i havent washed or cleaned my car for months and i have a dog.

Luke did an amazing job of cleaning and valeting my car. Even started to rain and he still continued.
Very happy With service provided and would highly recommend both Luke and gowashmycar.

Luke was very friendly and efficient and will definately be using again in the near future.

Made the booking for Saturday for 10am to 12pm. The car wash person didn’t come. At 12pm called to say he was running 30mins to 45mins late. In my opinion he was already late. As I had plans, I agreed to reschedule for Sunday 10am. He arrived Sunday at around 11am, late again, no explanation given. I knew it was bad news when I opened the door and he was on the phone and not even acknowledging me. He also carried on his phone whilst I opened the car for him to wash. For a professional valet you expect at least a 45mins to an hour good car wash. He took about 30mins. Left the water dripping inside the doors. Spots not removed. I sent him pictures of the areas he missed. He didn’t reply. This was my second time using this service. First time I loved it so much I recommended to all my friends. A few of my friends used the service. This time around, I will not be recommending this service to anyone. I actually felt bad I did first time around. Now I need to check on my friends to make sure they did have a great service. The inconsistency in the service is probably based on the fact they use different contractors as the guy today says he is contractor but works for himself so you can never be guaranteed on the same service each time. I should have gone with my gut instinct when he didn’t turn up on the original booking. For the money you are spending, please try other car services if you can unless you can guarantee yourself an excellent service. As you can see from the reviews, it’s pretty mixed. My own previous experience was excellent but I cannot support a service that is so inconsistent.
I like the idea and convenience of my car being washed at home especially under the current pandemic so that won’t change but I’ll explore other companies going forward.

My car hadn't been washed in over 3 months on account of the coronavirus lockdown. Now it's looking absolutely marvellous. The GoWashMyCar operator, a pleasant, professional young man, performed a quality service this Sunday morning. Well done. Top marks!

I am also having a terrible experience. I booked and paid for a wash three days ago and have not had it. There is no answer on their phone number, no reply from their website chat bot, and no reply from their support email. They took full payment upfront. Not acceptable.

I have used this company a few times and whilst the actual cleaning of the car was fine and lots of reviews online say the same thing, it's like anything - it's fine until it's not!

The problems for me started the morning after my car had been cleaned. The I came to use my car the next day and couldn't turn it on as my entire battery had been drained.

I was due to take a long road trip with my parents and had to end up purchasing expensive and last minute rail tickets instead because the AA, had a 3 hour wait on non-emergency calls and we were on a deadline to be at a family event. I immediately emailed this to GoWashMyCar who didn't reply. When I returned from my trip (2 days later) the AA then came out and told me that:

1) the left indicator had been left on (when the person was cleaning around the wheel) and
2) the inside light had been left on (again when they were cleaning the lights)

I called GoWashMyCar who denied this was their fault - even though the letter from the AA showed that the battery had been drained due to the internal light and left indicator being left on.

I discussed the matter afterwards with GoWashyCar, showed them the letter from the AA, and after a long back and forth response I was simply offered a free wash! I asked that I 1) had a refund and 2) my train tickets were covered but they denied that it could have been due to their contractor!

I refused the free wash - why would I use this company ever again when I could go through the same thing. Their lack of customer care is awful and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did!
