Govmint has great prices and great costumer service. Packages arrived professionally secured and you get what you order. Used a highly recommended company buying a uncirculated silver one ounce eagle and when it came it had four rusty marks on the back one 1/16 inch mark. Now just two weeks before I bought 5 of the same coins and they were perfect. I don’t know how they would even send that out. Everything I have bought from Govmint have been perfect in every way. Great selection, no discoloration or scratches! It’s a real headache having to send the product back and get your refund and then find someone you can trust especially when your trying to put a collection of coins together.

I’m like a kid in a candy store I just can’t make up my mind on what to purchase you have everything. I believe you men and women have done an incredible service for all of us. I for one am grateful for your service. The prices are pretty reasonable and it’s delivered really secured package, before I knew it was delivered no problems.

Once again, an offer which was advertised and I ordered was unavailable and delayed for several weeks. Same thing happened last time I placed an order. Then there was a shipping and handling charge of $10 which made the offer unreasonable. Learned my lesson.

Great products! But pricing seems to be a bit steep.

I never received my coin. Apparently it was lost in transit but I was never able to get precise tracking details. Then my bank did a refund and from there I was being told many different things including demand for payment the day after being told the replacement coin was on its way. It just seemed like the left hand didn't know what the right was doing.
I'm sure they are a reputable company but my experience was poor. That being said...I just read an article stating that the company is involved in a class action law suit...that explains everything.
Update...just contacted GM about an article I read...apparently the company has been charged with fraudulent practices and still have not complied with the Minnesota attorney generals order to stop overcharging and harassing the elderly. The personal sales representative said they new nothing about it. Basically I was blamed for doing a charge back when I didn't receive the coin and had no way to track it. I guess it pays to research before making a purchase.

Wide selection of products, personalized salesman for help, had 1 exchange, easiest thing ever and free, zero complaints ever on about a dozen different orders.

This is my second purchase...I could not be more happy...GovMint has things others dont and the price is always great...I will be back for more...A+ packaging and catalog...

One of the coins I ordered had milk spots. I contacted my accountant manager April Colton and she immediately assisted me with the return and exchange.
