My Govmint rep, Shane Hamilton, is Top Notch.
I was rather pleasantly surprised with this most recent purchase regarding delivery.
In the past, whether a signature is required or not, packages would be sent out by GovMint via UPS who then handed the package off to the USPS and if a signature was required, I would then have to go to the Post Office as, unfortunately, USPS does NOT deliver packages to the individual houses in the apartment complex where I live.
I completely understand the signature protocol imposed by GovMint, however, if the customer as specifically requested purchases by shipped with 'no signature required' - no matter the purchase price - then it's on the customer should the package disappear.
This time, however, the package remained with UPS.....which was greatly appreciated.

Salesman called me while was outside and told me that he had a great deal on gold. 20% below market price. That what I heard. When I got the shipment, the price was nearly $2000 above market. I told him at the beginning that I was outside working but he persisted.

I work with TRAVIS and he does a great job. He helps me out with everything i need with govmint very honest and keeps me informed on all new arrivals I use to have 3 different companies that I relied on now because of Travis I only buy from govmint now keep up the good work and I will keep coming back thanks Ronald Marks. On the dates below can't just name 1 date it's all the dates I have purchased

I have been a customer for a few years and have been through a few account reps, but recently I got a catalog and there was a piece that wasn’t existing online. SHONDA FOUND IT! So, when I find something that I THINK I want, Shonda knows me now and finds something that’s better for me. WOW! Now THATS customer service! THANKS SHONDA!

I received an email from GOVMINT talking about a new release. It was Jody Clark's Three Graces. I was interested and before I could call my guy, he called me to talk about this release.
