i've worked with jay drangeid for many years now, and he is a pleasure to work with when i am looking for an item to purchase. i might look at your website and see what might be there, but i would always work with a real person when it comes to making a purchase. i have accumulated quite a few things from your organization over the years and have been quite pleased the items appear in person. i have been using some of your items for gifts too (wedding, graduation, birthday, etc). they are unique. even my brother is impressed when i gave him the eisenhower dollar collection. one item i ordered was a lincoln penny collection that showed examples of the variations it has gone through. this is item #455592. i was so impressed with how it was displayed that i wanted to obtain about 4 more, but none were available. if you receive more of them, let me know. your presentations are impressive when i have purchased collections of coin varieties. and the history listed in the script is nice to know. it is very informative. i look forward to each catalog that arrives. if i had more money, i would order more items! have a great day, and keep up your excellent work. i think i became aware of your organization through the bob livingston newsletter. he would periodically include some coin item from you that he offered at a reduced price. that is about enough for now. i don't recall the date of my last experience that you asked about below, so i just left today's date there instead. what came in were some backordered things. they were worth the wait though!

Didn’t do what I asked, I asked to have the second billing after the 28th but they ignored that and put it through the 24th and I got charged before I should have
