Not honnest
I contacted them, telling them I'm a belgian currently travelling in Mexico and asking if they can help me to get a 6 months visa for the US (helping me to get an appointment for an interview at the us embassy at Mexico city WITHIN two months). I specifically mentionned that It should have happened WITHIN TWO MONTHS. If not I would go on my own for the 3 months visa which is pretty easy to get for a European. They answered me YES it's possible, you can fill up your datas and make the payment. I did and right after that they told me that it takes more than 200 days to get an appointment for an interview at the US embassy of Mexico city. So I told them no, can you get me a refund. They didnt answer, I asked again for a refund saying I might write a negative comment and they just provided a half refund. They just lied to steal me money.

1. You contacted us as you mentioned and asked about an interview within two months at the embassy in Mexico City.
2. We answered we cannot guarantee specific dates as they depend on the availability at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico. We can only monitor and attempt to secure an earlier interview date if one becomes available. At no point did any member of our team promise or state that it was possible to secure a U.S. visa interview at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City within two months. We actually did the opposite and transparently communicated interview availability is not something we can control. You have all our communication so we encourage you to revisit it.
3. Following this reply you finished providing the requested information, agreed to our terms and conditions, signed a client agreement and purchased our service.
4. Based on all the information you provided after purchase, our team could provide you with a full legal review and analysis of your case and transparently reiterated on current wait times and the specific risks involved applying outside your home country.
5. Following our analysis you decided to discontinue our services and we honored our refund policy as agreed upon at the time of purchase, issuing you a 50% refund. Please note that while we understand your impatience in this situation, our records show we responded as per the terms and conditions you agreed with.
Therefore, your extremely concerning claim that we lied to steal your money is not supported by the facts. We are transparent about being a private law firm where legal expertise and professional time have value. Our guidance was provided based on our commitment to helping clients build the strongest possible case and ensure you had the most accurate information to make an informed decision. Our aim is always to provide clear, factual, and professional advice, and we regret that you feel otherwise.

If I could give zero star I would !
We were advised by this company to apply for a P-1A visa for our son whom is a sports athlete, after submitting the huge fee of £3000 the petition put forwards to the American embassy was useless and missing crucial documentation therefore it was denied and couldn’t be reviewed for appeal unless we paid a further huge amount!
We then was advised by the same company to apply for the B1/2 visa for our son - a tourist visa!! This has also been denied now and now they want us to apply for a O-1 visa !!
Just a bunch of monkeys working in an office!
We’ve been advised by the uk American embassy that our son does actually need the original visa we applied for (P-1A) it’s just petitioned incorrectly previously!!
We’ve lost all our money - don’t use this company - you’ve been warned
I’d like to politely ask for a full refund but I very much doubt that is a possibility as this is a huge SCAM !
