My package has been broken, DHL received it already broken and no oil was left. I ordered the PAMAKO olive oil. As per the courier, there was no Fragile stamp on the package. Nevertheless, they have acted on it quickly, I have emailed Gourmet Groceries and they quickly responded and sent a new product replacement. This eased the burden as I was very excited to receive the product on time for my son. Thank you for the quick action.

When my order arrived the most expensive bottle was totally empty, the cork popped spilling the contents.
I sent messaged to both Gourmet Groceries and DHL.
Gourmet Groceries responded to me immediately and I received a replacement within a couple of days.
I always order from them but this was the first time I had an issue . I have to give them 5 stars because their customer service was impecable. I will be ordering from them again.

The taste of the hugely expensive Atsas oil I received was entirely bland, unlike a previous order from a different supplier. The supplier responded that the oil was well within the use-by date. However, the use-by-date is printed on the packaging rather than the bottle: any bottle can thus be put into that carton. I then noted that the use-by-date had lapsed according to their own stated time scales. Supplier responded that those time scales did not relate to harvesting time but to bottling time. There is hence no time limit to storage. Research shows this 'information' to be inaccurate. Next I requested return of the second un-opened bottle and the contact tel no. required by couriers. No reply. Next I sought to find this info in the Company House Register. However, 'Gourmet Groceries' is not listed as a company and Trust Pilot reports "no contact details". Its reviews on this site read like advertisements. Murkier and murkier!

I have been a buyer of Gourmet Groceries for more about 5 years now and I started with Atsas, followed with Pamako and now PhenOliv. Their products are really a reliable source; worth every penny if you are looking for high Phenolic extra virgin olive oil. Encouraging those who are interested to visit website and they have an array of products offered plus free worldwide shipping if you meet the minimum.
