I had tried a few self sourced interviews and the candidates could have done the job but weren't clear standouts. I needed a way to find the right person and quick. I was put onto Matthew Franke from Gough Recruitment and all my problems were solved - mostly! The issue I faced now was 3 highly qualified and exceptional candidates to choose from (good problem to have). Matt's immediate supply of resumes was outstanding, his willingness to help and guide me through the process was outstanding, his timeliness on arranging interviews and answering any questions was outstanding! What a relief to feel like someone is looking after what is best for you!

I have been in my recent employment for a little over 5 years and to be honest, i envisioned being there forever! Never did i think i would consider moving on, but life has a funny way of keeping you on your toes.

It was daunting....the thought of searching for a new company, new people and especially a new area. Terrifying in some ways as we become so complacent with regularity and security.

I was fortunate enough to have been put in the hands of Alex Papadakis.

He was confident, reassuring, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Most of all, i felt like he was being honest with me which was important. Alex went above and beyond to secure a position with a company that was the right fit for me.
I feel at times i asked too much of him and yet, no matter what awkward conversations i threw his way he always managed and was incredibly gracious about it.

Alex also has a great sense of humor and was able to make light of my anxiousness which helped greatly during the process.
