my experience with Chase from Gough has been smooth and a stress-free process. I thank her for the hard work and dedication with assisting me start my new career and progress in a reputable company. She followed up and provided feedback in timely manner throughout the recruitment process, and kept in touch even after my placement in the new role to make sure everything is going well, to which I am very appreciative! The entire process from my initial interview with her to me landing a job took just under a week!

Holly explained the job role to me so clearly and in detail, and she took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new job and also my career aspiration for the future. Her communication is very open and transparent. The job to which she referred me was exactly what I hoping to get!

I won't name the full name of the associate out of respect, however my experience at Gough Recruitment, Surry Hills was completely unprofessional. After being contacted to come in for an interview, there was lack of follow up (did not receive a confirmation email with the address or time) which resulted in myself having to call and confirm address/details on the morning of the interview. Following the interview I received no communication, after being falsely promised to be sent job descriptions that would potentially be sent on to employers. It's clear that the only goal of contacting me to come in for the interview was to raise KPI's for self benefit, and they were happy to waste a job seeker's valuable time in the process. I do not recommend.

As a business owner i have hired from Gough previously yet they now approach my staff to try and entice them to accept positions at other offices directly in competition to mine.
Their ethics are non existent
