Do not buy from Armageddon Turbo. They are holding my money hostage for a Rock Krawler Adjustable Front Track Bar that I ordered over two months ago.

​They keep blaming "supplier delays" to justify their 60-plus day silence, but Rock Krawler’s own website lists lead times of only 5-10 days for basic parts. There is no excuse for a 10-day lead time to turn into a 2-month wait unless this shop simply failed to place the order or is using customer cash to float their own books.

​They claim they don’t have phone support "to keep prices low," but that is just a shield for their total lack of accountability. They have missed three of their own self-imposed shipping deadlines and only respond with vague "should ship soon" emails when I spend my own time chasing them down for the status.

In my professional life, if a client has to follow up this many times for a basic status update, it is considered a total failure. Do not try to save a few bucks by shopping here. You will spend that "savings" ten times over in stress and lost time while your truck sits useless.

​I am filing a chargeback and reporting them. Save yourself the headache and buy direct from the manufacturer or a vendor that actually stocks what they sell.

This company is absolutely horrible with customer service. They don’t allow phone calls. They don’t respond back to your emails and they also will lie to you about products not being in stock. I ordered over a month and a half ago and still haven’t received my product and now they’re not responding to my emails now I have to get legal action to try to get some of my money back. beware do not deal with this company. They’re absolutely horrible.

As many have described, the order states it's awaiting shipment. It's been a week since I placed the order. I received a very general response instructing me to refer to their return policy. I responded with you haven't even shipped the item and I requested a refund but no response received .Communication is poor and customer service lacks, I too will be requesting a charge back, I will never shop here again. I typically don't write reviews but in this instance, I feel like I have been taken advantage and goturbo refuses to return my funds.

Still waiting on an order to ship for 2 weeks now. Asked for a refund and got a link saying I would have to pay to cancel the order

They took the money out of my account. 2 weeks ago, minimal communication at best, received 2 emails in 14 days

Scam. They take your money and then don't ship. Had to file with CC to get my money back.

I ordered some turn signals. The arrived well enough but were not what I needed. Over several weeks I called, emailed and left voice messages. No one answered the phone. No emails or voice messages were returned. Their return window has closed and I am not able to return them.

Ordered QA1 lower adjustable trailing arms on 12/10/25. Never shipped out and anytime I would ask on status of the order. They would say “should be a week or 2”. I asked them to cancel the order being that 30 days have passed and they still can’t give me certain ship date.
They didn’t reply to my request so I had to contact PayPal to have the order cancelled.

Placed order for two items on December 9th 2025 totaling $350. As of December 30th, no shipment of my parts and no timeline on when they would ship. After days and weeks of emails, "AI" style responses, broken promises, I gave up. Last email I sent to them was to refund me or I would get my Visa credit card holder involved. So on December 31st they refunded my payment. So long story short, if you want your items in a reasonable timely manner. Stay clear of Goturbo.net !!

I ordered a set of brake lines from GoTurbo/Armageddon (goturbo.net) in June 2025. At the time, the product was listed as available and there was no indication I should expect an unusually long delay.

Months went by with no parts. In September, I contacted them for a status update and was told the order would ship “by the end of the month.” That date came and went with no shipment and no proactive update from them.

By November, I followed up again and got essentially the same answer: “by the end of the month.” At that point, I made what I believe was a very reasonable request: if they missed yet another self-imposed deadline, I wanted the order refunded, and I would be willing to pay again when the parts were actually ready to ship.

Instead of honoring their own timelines or treating me like a customer whose money had been tied up for months, they responded by canceling my order outright. The tone of their email was dismissive and, in my opinion, unprofessional and petty — it felt less like a good-faith resolution and more like retaliation for insisting on a clear ship date or a refund.

At no point did I receive a specific, credible ETA from them. Just vague “end of the month” promises that slipped, repeatedly, while they held onto my money. After nearly five months, I ended up exactly where I started: no parts and wasted time, with the added frustration of having to start over with another vendor.

After this experience, I started reading public reviews and complaints. I found that my situation is not an isolated incident. There are numerous 1-star reviews on sites like Trustpilot describing:

“In stock” items turning into special orders with long, unexplained delays

Customers waiting months without clear updates

Unresponsive email-only support and no effective phone contact for most products

Difficulty obtaining refunds or cancellations when the company can’t deliver in a reasonable timeframe

In my personal opinion, this is not how a trustworthy, customer-focused business operates. If you are considering ordering from GoTurbo/Armageddon, I strongly recommend you:

Confirm stock and lead time in writing before you pay, and

Be fully prepared for significant delays and poor communication if something goes wrong.

I will not be doing business with GoTurbo/Armageddon again. There are plenty of other vendors who can deliver performance parts on time and handle problems without punishing the customer for asking for basic accountability.

Worst of the worst if you're not willing to wait months before item ship stay away no customer service number just a contact form.

This place is a joke! They take your money and put you on a waiting on shipment status until you hopefully forget what you ordered something after they have taken you’re money…..Not worth the cheaper price if you ever even get it.

I read all the bad reviews and almost canceled my order, I placed an order for the front shocks and it was only 1 week later that I hade the new shocks in my hands. I just ordered the rear shocks this company has the best prices on the internet! I will use them again.

I saw terrible reviews about this vendor but their prices were fantastic. I knew to expect very slow service but I ordered from the anyway. I figured I can dispute the charges if I get ripped off. Anyway I placed my order and about 1 week later I received a tracking number from Corsa and my item will arrive tomorrow. I’m a real person and I’m very pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews unless it’s terrible usually but I figured I’d be totally honest as they did a great job for me.

Ordered taillights almost 5 months ago, was in stock. Then told special order and still nothing! This place is a SCAM!!! Do not order from them, you'll be sorry!

Unresponsive via emails. Will take your money and ignore you. I placed an order for a product that was out of stock. Inquired two weeks later for a ship date, they responded with 'will check, respond back soon'. Another two weeks goes by, I ask for a refund instead. No answer. I'm patient, but I'm not waiting 6 months later to chase an update.

They don’t have anything in stock at all just look at the reviews. I paid $800 to be told “your item is special ordered” WHEN IT SAYS IN STOCK!!!! Pathetic customer service “Sales Team” and even more pathetic inventory. I ordered a set of main bearings without reading the return policy. Big Mistake.
After 2 days, they told me they don't have it, so it is a special order. So far so good.
I asked for ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival) and they told me Nothing, NO ETA.
They expect me to wait for an item without an ETA.
I checked with the factory and they told me it is not even in production yet. The part number is for future production.
And these crooks have the audacity to blame me for having a problem with it.
I even was ready to accept a re-stocking fee for something they don't even stock.
Bu No, they say, since you ordered it and it is on back order you have to wait until we get it, No due date, and No refund.
So I let my credit card company deal with them.

I ordered a set of super tech pistons and pistons rings for my 4g63 the rings shipped quickly however the pistons never arrived after a call with super tech I was told the lead time would be several months at least.. turbo Armageddon never captured the funds for the pistons thru PayPal as they never shipped seem like very honest people to me.

Don't waste your time. Order sat for a month with no update and I had to reverse the charge with Amex
