I called to change my flight due to illness. I had been given the run around and put on hold for over an hour until they finally hung up on me. When I called back Nora Williams accepted my call. She was so kind, and patient. She talked the problem over with me until we arrived at a solution. She remained kind, patient and so very helpful no matter how I reacted to the information she was giving me. I have flown only American Airlines for a long time now and because of Nora I will fly only American airlines for a long time to come. Thank you Nora, I am already feeling better for having spoke with you. God bless you

La mejor atención que puede recibir tenía muchas dudas y problemas sobre mi reservación pero Miguel Sánchez fue de mucha ayuda sin duda la mejor atención al cliente

ESTAFADORES!!!Tengo q decir q estoy muy pero muy decepcionado con el procedimiento y la poca profesionalidad de estas personas, yo compré un boleto de ida y vuelta con 3 meses de antelacion, y el viaje de ida me lo cancelaron y me lo dieron para el dia siguiente, pero el viaje de regreso no me lo confirmaron, debia de viajar mañana y llevo llamando y no me dan respuesta clara, por ejemplo la agente Nora Williams me dijo que 24 h antes, recibiria tickets,y ya esas 24 horas
pasaron y nada. Estoy muy molesto con estas personas. Q informalidad , Q estafa.

This agency is a scam
I bought tickets through them and the tickets didn’t work even after calling them repeatedly, they kept putting me on hold. When I thought that they finally fixed the problem, we got all the way to the gate but couldn’t board the plane because the tickets showed insufficient funds on them.
I checked in our bag with that flight and it ended up in Dallas where the layover was but we were stuck in Minneapolis all night because I couldn’t get a flight that I purchased through United instead.
American Airlines were no help so that’s why i booked with United and they were a lot of help. Here it is 4 days later and still no luggage that was checked in through American Airlines. This website did charge my account and wouldn’t refund my money. Only gave me credits. What a joke.
BUY your tickets directly through an airlines to avoid this trap.
