I signed up for look after my bills and…

I signed up for look after my bills and they said I would be making sure I am on cheapest tariff. Recently I noticed started increasing but had no emails from look after my bills but goto sent me few emails then called me this morning to advise can get better tariff for me the lady was very friendly and lovely and she changed and done all in less than 5 mins which is easy for me so thank you for contacting me and no thankyou to look after my bills cheers

Sadly the renewal price has gone up…

Sadly the renewal price has gone up £400 a year.
But service has been ok so have renewed this year but any more huge increases in the future will result in leaving.

I like the way a monthly meter reading is used quickly and effectively to adjust my monthly payments. My contract is coming to an end and I was offered a lower price for my next contract.

The market value of energy has increased over the last year, which has led to a slight increase in our unit rates. This said, the monthly Direct Debit amount is determined by your usage, which may have also increased over the last year.

We do periodically review our customers' Direct Debit amounts, to ensure that your monthly payments are still the most appropriate amount. We consider your account balance, estimated annual consumption and your meter readings when we do this. However, if you believe that your consumption has changed and you wish for us to review this earlier than the next review, we can do this upon request.

A lovely company to deal with

A lovely company to deal with. Renewing direct came out substantially cheaper than going elsewhere. They have an easy to find phone number and it is easy to talk to a helpful human which is so much better than a lot of other larger companies! And they are quick to answer the phone, no long winded automated rubbish with distorted hold music. Well done Goto!
