Super disappointing
Super disappointing! My phone system stopped working properly. I made 3 calls for help. When I switched service to another provider, GoTo wouldn't cancel the remainder of my contract, 15 months. They suck! Use anyone else and you will be better off.

I had to leave GoTo's Grasshopper platform, because their answering machine is horrendous and lost me numerous customers by not forwarding a single call to me. People called, and were forced to select an extension from a menu that made it sound like a dead number, so everyone hung up before I ever got a chance to introduce myself.
I knew of Grasshopper for a long time but I only after I did some further research did I learn that this is apparently a known issue, and GoTo just hasn't fixed it.
I switched to Quo and I've been much more satisfied.
Extremely hard to cancel a subscription
After LogMeIn sold its Rescue tool to GoTo, the nightmare began.
They prevent their users from cancelling subscriptions using the website admin, forcing them to call the tech support, which is completely helpless. They don't answer direct questions in Email conversations; they just kick you to their help links, which are useless. Escalation is the only way, but it is extremely time-consuming.
It is quite amazing how the company that sells tech support solutions is unable to provide tech support.

Knowledgeable support agents. The best in the business. Very little issues with the service main reasons I contact support is questions regarding adding new features. This was the call today, to help with an SMS issue. The problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Horrible customer service, no prorated on cancellations even when I told them I was interested in a different product of theirs and would use that money to sign up for the other product. They still said NO. Way to lose a customer you morons

Shady billing practices and bad customer service. I was a customer of a previous service that was either purchased or merged with Goto. Never activated my account. Never used the services. Was still billed without notice.

Poor call quality and little to no customer support
We’ve been using this service since opening our clinic almost a year ago, and unfortunately support has been consistently lacking. From the start, there was little to no help with setup, and over time we’ve had ongoing issues with call quality, including muffled audio and dropped calls.
We’ve spent time working with our internet and firewall providers to rule out any problems on our end, yet we’ve still received no real troubleshooting or resolution from this team. Response times have been slow, follow-up has been minimal, and there’s been virtually no customer service when we’ve asked for help.
On top of that, we’ve had billing issues that were handled poorly and with an unprofessional attitude. For a business that depends on reliable phone service and responsive support, this has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this platform to a growing business that needs dependable communication and support.

I went looking for a REmote desktop tool, I was recommended that they had a solution, when I went to the web site, I saw so much garbage and saled BS, I was tollay confused and decided to use Anydesk, if they can make the web site simple and easy to understand, then how could I expect to understand any software they made.

They renewed a subscription to my Pro account without advance notice. I called immediately upon receiving the invoice and the billing representative I spoke with refused to reverse the charge. The product is being blocked by my business as a security risk and is unusable.
Update: I gave it another go and contacted tech support, who then put me in touch with someone else in Billing. She promptly arranged to downgrade my Pro account ($839 yearly) to an individual account, which was $600 less and a reasonable offer.
However, they really should be providing a heads up that the subscription is renewing. They actually require 30 days' notice to cancel the contract term, which is absurd.

We cancelled our account with them over a year ago, but they keep sending through renewal invoice and attempting to take over £900 GBP from our cards. There online portal is terrible, we have no means to remove payment details.
Very unhelpful
Every time we have an issue, they are not helpful. They are rude and condescending. They tell us they can't check call logs more than 24 hours ago so we need to report the issue asap, but you can't get them on the phone in 24hrs, so it's a lost cause. They also told me I couldn't use our phone system to direct calls to specific group and have it ring back to the receptionist if it no one answered. I found a way to make it work. I also asked about reporting and they can't even tell me if certain add ons will give me the features I am looking for. They don't try to help, I don't actually think they even know how their product works.
I've had the worst experience with GoTo
I've had the worst experience of my life with this service (strong but true words).
You can't cancel their service, period! They removed the cancel button from their interface and they make you phone someone in the US to cancel, and the problem is you can't reach them on the phone (I'm from Serbia).
So you're stuck with paying money for the poor quality service (Hamachi in my case) and can't quit.
I'm 100% sure they are breaking some consumer law.

Was a reseller of their business phone services. Key word is "was". One day, without warning, they just dropped me. No email with any explanation, just stopped sending me my commissions. Apparently they decided they didn't want to pay me anymore. VoIP phone companies are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time with this company. They'll get you to sign companies up and then drop you as a reseller so they don't have to pay you anymore. I'll be taking my clients to a different company even without commissions. This is not how you treat your loyal resellers.
What a COMPLETE joke of a company
What a COMPLETE joke of a company! Used this service for over a year and than randomly a phone wasn't ringing. Had to call customer service to get the phone working and that idiot messed up my voicemail so as a small business my voicemail hasn't worked in over 2 weeks. Called 4 times today 11-24-25 spoke to 4 different people and NONE of them have no idea in how to fix it. So I am left without voicemail to my business. Total JOKE AND CAN'T SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. Buy this product and go into bankruptcy.
