Adam and the crew are exemplary in the way they treat their customers. I’ve had my own radio stations for almost two decades and this is by far the best decision I’ve made to do business with this company. The customer service is second to none!
My clients and I are completely satisfied with the service. There has not been a single minute of downtime in the past year, and the server is very fast. The customer service is extremely professional, and their response time is very short. Whenever I contacted them, I was able to chat with a customer service representative within 1-2 minutes. They strive to resolve issues on the spot instead of immediately directing me to open a ticket. Even when they do ask me to open a ticket due to a more complex issue, they respond very quickly and follow up on any potential problems.
The service offers excellent value for money, and I can only praise GoSSDHosting. They continuously strive to improve the servers, succeeding not only in terms of server resources but also in terms of service quality. They have installed numerous security tools on the server, which my clients can also access. This further enhances the quality of the service, and I am at ease knowing my clients are always secure.
We have had a reseller hosting account with GoSSDHosting for over a year now. After four years of cooperation, we had to part ways with our previous provider. We are a small hosting company in Hungary with 50-60 active clients, so the switch was very sensitive for both us and our clients. We tried several companies at that time, but GoSSDHosting emerged as the absolute winner in every aspect. They were extremely helpful and cooperative during the migration process. The migration of client data was completed very quickly, and there was minimal downtime. Therefore, I encourage every hosting provider with an existing client base or any new startup to give GoSSDHosting a chance. You won't regret it for a second, and I would bet on that.

All these guys were great up until they get your money! Once you give them money, they disappear and their support goes downhill.
When you call them out on their Shady behavior, they block you from your ticket system so you can't contact them anymore.
They refuse to give refunds, so I have been forced to file a chargeback with my bank, as well as a police report for fraud. I will also be finally a complaint with the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau.
