Bestelling gedaan en betaald, vervolgens krijg ik een foutmelding. Nogmaals betaald, en nu is het een enorme strijd om mijn geld terug te krijgen. O.a: screenshot van betaling (niet makkelijk aangezien mijn bank app geen screenshots toe laat). En als dat nog niet genoeg is willen ze de info graag 3 dubbel hebben, dus moet je ook nog apart aangeven hoe je betaald heb (euh hallo, daar heb ik toch net een screenshot van moeten maken?) en vervolgens vragen ze je nog een keer het bedrag aan te geven (nogmaals, screenshot???) Maak dit eens wat klantvriendelijker. Ik heb mijn naam, bestelnummer en betalingskenmerk doorgegeven, daarmee moet je toch zeker wel je eigen fouten kunnen goedmaken?

Such a bad experience .. so late delivery .. +30 minutes
And +30 minutes from the chat bot “I will send you to one of our agents as soon as possible”… to delivery.. we cancelled the order after 20+ minutes without answer and they still just delivered it in front of the door..

Terrible customer service and didn't give me my full refund after I returned the items.
Couldn’t deliver item after keeping money for months
Took my money to fund the production of a toy range. And were unable to deliver the product. Waited six months with radio silence and then received a refund. Shambolic order tracking (none existent) Asked if they could do anything for me and they said ‘sorry, you can order it again’ ??

Stole my money
I ordered Noodle and Russel’s cassette tapes, and their 2021 calendar in October 2020. It’s now the end of March 2021 and they haven’t even shipped, and when I pull up my order it doesn’t exist. They also won’t refund my order, and told my credit card that it was a valid transaction.
Appalling service and no merch received
Ordered 2 t-shirts in December to coincide with the 'songkick' release, still not received them. Have had multiple emails from the original supplier and also Warner music, none have been helpful and they are essentially denying any responsibility. I have now processed a refund via my bank (you have 120 days from the initial payment to do this). Very disappointing that such a global brand can have such an awful supplier for their merchandise.
Bad and unpleasant experience.
I bought the new CD and the new calendar on January 30th.
Its been 16 days and I haven't gotten any message of sorts. Plus no information as to the arriving of my parcel. I have tried to contact them multiple times, yet to my dismay have gotten no reply. On the "Recent orders tap," it says " Order complete". Yet I still haven't gotten anything. I'm very disappointed with the official store. I expect them to do better. They should not charge 10 pounds for Shipping & Handling, that is outrageous.
Overall, do not buy for them if you find it at a better place.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service - I made an approx £80 order of (Song Machine) in November for my son well in time for Christmas. It should have consisted of two parts: a book and a vinyl set. I received two books instead. I returned the one book (at great expense) sent a message to ask for the correct second part, but never got a response. Have sent a message since but I feel as if I'm going to be chasing this for ever. There is no number to call either
2xT-shirt order missing since Nov and customer service doesnt response
I ordered 2 t-Shirts (£50) in early Nov 2020 from the official gorillaz store,
I received an email on 25th Nov stating they have been sent out and a link to track order. The link never worked - its now mid January and I havent a f**king clue where my t-shirts are. I have written 3 emails to the customer service and have not received a single reply or acknowlegement.

Terrible experience with this store. Ordered teeshirt for Xmas present for my daughter, five weeks later still hasn't arrived. I've been given 4 different email addresses to get an update, still don't know what's happening. Avoid at all costs.
Update 18th Jan 2021. Received an email on the 6th Jan saying my item must have been lost in the post and they would send another. Still nothing, still no response from my follow up emails. Will open up a dispute now because this store is a joke. I wonder if Jamie and Damon are aware of the numpties selling merchandise in their name.

Customer service dire to say the least have lost count of how many emails I have sent to try to trace my missing order 4 weeks and still not resolved or a reasonable reply think very carefully before doing any sort of business with this company!!

After placing a £90 pre order in September, I eventually received an email to say that my order was on it's way (already after pre order release date)
Over a week later, no parcel, no sign of attempted delivery.
I then emailed the address from the website for an update. A week later, no reply so I send another email asking where my order is. No reply.
THREE WEEKS later, I get an email saying that I now need to email a different address as the ordr was placed through the "old website"
The fact that it had taken three weeks to get a reply telling me to email another address is just insane.
I then emailed the new email address given to me, in which I finally received a response.
By this point I have completely lost interest in receiving my order and agreed to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
NOW almost three weeks after agreeing to a refund, I still have no refund from the company as they are "extremely busy"
There is absolutely no need for a refund to take this long, it makes no sense.
Now to frustrate me even more, I've just received two emails to say that my order is now on the way and will be with me before Christmas!
This is actually becoming quite laughable now whilst being filled with rage.
How can the order be on the way if the person I spoke to cancelled the order three weeks ago?
I will be opening a dispute over this order if it is not sorted within the next week and obviously I will never be ordering from them again. A real shame.
This is the first time I've ever left a review like this but the service I have received has just been extremely poor.
