Went to Gordon Ramsay's Bar & Grill Mayfair and staff are absolutely amazing. Welcomed us, friendly and attentive. Food was amazing and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I visited Gordon Ramsay's Heddon Street Kitchen branch today for lunch using a Travelzoo voucher for a three course set meal with Prosecco and were delighted with the service we received on arrival from Francesco and our attentive waiter, Christian. The other waiters too, were also very helpful. The food was exceptional, tasty and served with attention to detail. The restaurant was busy with office workers and lots of families.
We enjoyed our experience in this excellent restaurant.

Went to lucky cat Bishopsgate tonight - what a disgrace - Gordon you should be ashamed! Ordered a beer - arrived 20 mins later , glass of champagne delivered as a half measure ( which they then filled up) , starters took 40 mins to arrive and then we were told we would have to free up the table before we had even ordered our mains because our hour and forty five mins was nearly up - all for just over £500 …WTF … nothing better than a very expensive canteen arrived at through a service corridor … we half wondered if it was an April fool but the goods lift back down was filled with similarly dismayed customers.

His restaurants never fail to please, when visiting Edinburgh I always book one of his restaurants as food is quality and first class 😋 staff are amazing and can't do enough for you 🙌 I honestly can't fault the way his businesses are run, keep up the fantastic standards, well done all 👌

So i was looking for a great burger place in Chicago & I found Gordon Ramsay Burger @ 2 East Ontario in Chicago… 🤮🤮🤮This was the worst restaurant/burger place I ever ate in, in my whole entire life!!! I ordered the “idiot burger”… i do feel like an idiot”! The burger came out cold & the onion rings where sooo salty! The manger remade the burger it was still nasty! Gave me fresh onion rings. Better then the first order but still not all that! If you want good food run away from here cause it was the worst experience in dining i have ever had!

We visited Baker Street in Liverpool. A lovely airy restaurant. We were greeted on arrival and from there the service was faultless. The atmosphere was comfortable. We had the set lunch which wasn’t extensive but had everything we like. The food was nicely presented and hot. The prices sensible, however the drinks are steep😱. We went on a Travelzoo Voucher but would be happy to go anytime.

Brownie was the worst I have tasted, drink taken away when still not finished

There were so many issues with our recent visit to this restaurant. We went here to end my husbands birthday with a nice meal. It really ended the day on a low note. The staff were barely polite and paid no attention to detail. I ordered a Pepsi Max, they gave me full sugar Pepsi. They gave me a weak apology and got me the correct drink. (I would be understanding about this if they were busy or it were their only mistake. )
They offered us water for the table, I expected a jug of cold water, instead I got a bottle of overpriced, warm water. The glasses smelt awful for some reason so I couldn't even drink the water.
The starter (prawn cocktail) was delicious but it could have done with a roll or slice of bread to accompany it.
The mains were where we hit the bigger problems. I ordered the fish and chips. The chips were very good, however the fish batter was heavy, almost doughy, I decided to remove it and saw the fish . There were no flakes it was mushy and had an odd smell. The mushy peas were actually fridge cold and inedible. My husband had the curry that should have come with a naan but didn't. Then we had dessert. I ordered the sticky toffee pudding and it was cold and the only flavour came from the sauce. The staff were cold and treated us like an inconvenience. I would recommend a greasy spoon over this restaurant.

Stopped for a pre-flight brunch at Gordon Ramsay's, Heathrow Terminal 5. Ordered eggs Benedict, which arrived with the poached eggs served on (no exaggeration) 2-inch thick discs of dry bread, instead of the crispy chewy English muffins I was expecting. The bread was so thick and dry, it soaked up the first egg yolk like a gooey sponge. Even after splitting the width of the bread mounds, the meal was completely unappetising. Gordon Ramsay should take a leaf out of his own book. At £17.50 a plate, it's a pity I can't use his favourite vocabulary on this website to describe his eggs Benedict.

poor service, think waiter had gone on holiday. paid and ate somewhere else so got an expensive dinner that night

The appearance of the restaurant was lovely, forgot i was in an airport! nice stress free environment. food came out fairly quick.it was good but we could of made it at home for a fiver,

we were taxed money for service but we ordered on our phones and also had to pay a fee to the gordon ramsay found. refund on service

Did you know that the Gordon Ramsay frozen Microwave dinner instructions,doesn`t have anything on the box about the Watts to use for that cooking time,they suggest??

Dined at the Heathrow 'plane food' location of Gordon Ramsay and ordered the tagliatelle with wagyu. Totally blant, tasteless and absolutely overpriced. The only thing good about it was the gintonic to wash it away. Never, ever again. Not worth the money.

My husband and I visited Gordon ramsay’s restaurant in Stratford 10 minutes and left 5 minutes later.
The restaurant was empty and we were given a table right by a greas kitchen door. When we refused the table inn a nice fashion the reception acted like the world was going to end and rolled her eyes at colleagues.
Shame the bad service started at reception!!

Street Burger at the 02 - amazing food, brilliant service. Nice comfortable and clean surroundings. Definitely recommend

Absolutely shocked to find our food at Street Burger swarming with nasty black fungus gnats. This food could not be eaten when we told the gentleman in the restaurant, he walked away with his nose in the air as if he wished we would just disappear. He could see the fungus gnats everywhere and the food we had left. Nothing was done, and we were left to pay the full bill plus the "optional service charge" that was actually added to our £60. bill for two inedible burgers and fries. Just don't go there, health and safety need to visit!!!!

Siamo venuti a festeggiare un compleanno, attratti dall’insegna “Gordon Ramsay”. Esperienza pessima dall’inizio alla fine.
Avevamo prenotato, ma al nostro arrivo non risultava nulla. Ci hanno dato un tavolo al volo, accanto alla cucina con il cuoco che urlava a ogni portata: atmosfera da incubo.
Il cameriere che ha preso l’ordine è stato scortese e poco professionale. La cucina mediocre, nulla che giustifichi il nome e soprattutto i prezzi astronomici. Per avere un bicchiere di vino ho dovuto praticamente implorare.
Servizio lento, confusione totale e zero organizzazione. Un compleanno rovinato: non vedevamo l’ora di andarcene. Esperienza da dimenticare.

I didn't want to go to any of his restaurants while in Vegas but my friend insisted. I didn't want to support a narcassic pig the feels that to develop young chiefs you need to belittle them. Even the US Marine Corps has toned down the hazing. A basic $26 burger fell flat. I expected a basic burger on his menu to be unbelievable. Save your money, go to a fast food restaurant.

My husband and I and couple of friends visited the Heddon street kitchen twice, we had the best experience by far from the quality of food and service provided by the wonderful waiter by the name Toshko, he was very professional, polite and looked after our needs, as a retired restaurant manager I know good service when I get it. It was very enjoyable experience.
We’re going back to Canada tomorrow and hopefully we will come back to London soon, the very first thing to do is to come back to this restaurant 🥰

The bar and grill restaurant in Mayfair was unimpressive from the moment I walked in. I was quite hot when I arrived, and when the server asked, “How are you today?” I replied, “I’m very hot and need to cool down.” Unfortunately, they seated me next to the kitchen, which I considered a mistake. There were plenty of empty seats available, and a spot by the window would have been much more enjoyable.

For our starters, we ordered prawns, which were delicious. When I inquired about the type of chilies used, the server simply said, “red ones.”

For my main course, I had the beef Wellington, which was nice, but the side of spinach was disappointing. It was overwhelming with garlic and ruined the dish for me—it was all I could taste. Additionally, the table was too small to accommodate the beef Wellington properly; my dinner plate kept sliding under the platter, and the plate itself was small.

We ordered a Malbec each, but it was clear I received a Shiraz instead, which was unacceptable. I had wanted to try the sticky toffee pudding, but I was so upset by the overall experience that I didn’t want to spend any more money in a restaurant with such incompetence. While the staff were friendly, they were not attentive.
