Wouldn't recommend GoRamp
We worked with this company and found their business practices to be incredibly deceptive. They rely heavily on fine print buried in multi-year contracts, specifically around auto-renewals, and make no effort to clearly communicate cancellation deadlines.
While they do send a vague “renewal notice,” they fail to mention that you must cancel 30 days in advance or you’ll be locked into another full year—whether you want the service or not. When we attempted to cancel, they refused any reasonable compromise and insisted on full payment or an inflated early termination fee.
This is not a company that earns repeat business through value or service. Instead, they trap clients with technicalities and hide behind rigid contract terms.
We’ve paid to walk away, but we won’t be back—and we recommend others read every word of their contract and proceed with extreme caution

Our contracts are always discussed directly with decision-makers and clearly outline key terms, including renewal and cancellation timelines, well in advance. In this case, our team reached out two months before the renewal period began to provide clarity and available options.
