Amazing customer service. Exchanged item with no issues and sent out the replacement whilst waiting for the return. Amazing. Great quality and lovely clothing

Nice quality products but website and links don't work and customer services don't respond.
Placed an order and as soon as the order was confirmed I was offered 5 minutes to add additional items to my bag with special offer discounts. But all items were either full price or more expensive than I had just paid! Clearly an error so I contacted customer services who didn't respond. Then I received an email saying I had 10 minutes to add items and get 15% discount. Clicked the link - link didn't work. So clearly these are lovely ideas but executed so badly that they don't work at all.... and customer service is so poor that they don't respond when you tell them. So now my parcel has arrived and I couldn't add anything and still nothing from customer service. What should have been a positive ended up being a negative due to poor execution and poor service.
Clothes are nice quality.
But sizing is inconsistent. Can't get the small size hoodie over my head - the head hole is tiny - despite the body being enormous. Small joggers are enormous. Small t shirt perfect fit. The items that fit are lovely though.

High quality hoodie with a very unique design. I was also impressed with the surprise tote bag the hoodie came in, which will come in very handy.
The colour is vibrant and marches the website and the size (Large) is a good fit.
Delivery was very quick and I will definitely be buying from G&G again

My husband ordered me a lovely tracksuit from this company, this is the first time we have ordered, the tracksuit is lovely but the bottoms were to big so I sent them back the following day for a exchange and I couldn’t believe it the next day my new pair was delivered so quickly.
