I bought 3 tartan collars off Charlotte and had to return 2 for bigger sizes which were sent out straight away. The collars are brilliant and I couldn't have asked for better customer service.would definitely buy from them again

Excellent products

I ordered a gift for my husband for Christmas. The order was placed on 11/22 and arrived in the US from the UK on 11/27! Since it hasn’t been gifted yet, I can’t really speak to quality but I can’t wait to give it to him. Thank you so much for your prompt service. I have ordered things from the US that I am still waiting for 2 weeks later.
