Ordered 6 weeks ago no delivery and no response to multiple emails

I recieved my order promptly, I ordered a while ago and just put them in the drawer but 2 days ago I started to use putting them on at night and you can 100 percent see the difference.
I'm not wrinkle free but the lines are finer and I can see the difference so over all so far I'm very happy with the service and the product , it doesn't say it will get rid of all your wrinkles /lines but it definitely help the appearance I would have no problems purchasing these products again I bought forehead , eye ,neck and chest patches everyone has worked in my eyes .

Ordered in November and still have not received it. There is very little info on how to contact them or address. They also do not respond to emails. It is beyond frustrating. Hopefully the business gets shut down. It sounds like this is common.

Just received my order after ordering 7 weeks ago. They have a 35 day return policy if you're not happy with the product but they dont send it until after this period. Not sure i trust the product anymore I will not order again

Received today after ordering 12 days ago.

Will come back and amend stars accordingly once I've tried them 🙂 (forgot I was doing it tonight and put face cream on 🙄🤦‍♀️, it's an age thing 😂)

BEWARE the numerous Facebook posts in a popular cleaning tips and tricks Facebook group - echo someone else’s review on here - there are a group of Facebook accounts collectively scamming people. One account will post a glowing review of a product, other accounts (including one or two admin accounts) will comment about how great the product is, it worked for them, and post discount codes. Easy to mistake for looking legit as the Facebook accounts seem genuine. That is until you notice the pattern of the same people posting and commenting, and do a reverse image search that will show any before/after photos are usually stolen images. They also delete previous posts so that if you think “I’m sure I’ve seen this before” you won’t find it when you look. I’ve been scammed by the other company (same owner I believe) about this supposedly holy grail stain remover soap - it’s absolutely rubbish! Anyone who calls out this behaviour on the post has their comment removed. I’ve flagged so many of these posts to admin but sadly noticed that some of the admin are the ones commenting and encouraging more to be scammed. Disgusting practice and annoyed I fell for it.

Absolute scam.
Products never arrived, all emails were ignored.
Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money.

Waste money at your own peril. A group of Facebook accounts share these products on various Facebook groups, pretending to not know each other. One account will post and wax lyrical about a product. The rest of the people involved in this (admin is also involved) then come onto the post, asking for a link or saying they use it and it's a fabulous product etc. Discount codes get shared by others. Anyone who has tried to speak out about this practice and the fact that they either never received the product, or it's utter rubbish quality, gets blocked from the group. Read all the other reviews here. I strongly suspect the 5 star reviews are faked. The group is a great place to share cleaning ideas and is ruined by this and it's grossly unfair to block people who call it out.

Scam company! Ordered 8 weeks ago and not arrived, ignored numerous emails. Had to do a chargeback through my bank.

Placed order in October 2024, still has not arrived in April 2025. Very poor service, does not respond to emails. Absolutely DO NOT spend your money with this seller

You never receive the goods. They never reply to texts or communicate in any way. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card. Stay away, they are scammers!!

This is a scam company promoted by fake reviews. The prices being charged are ridiculously inflated, and even then you are not likely to receive the products you order.

There is a large Facebook group ‘Cleaning tips and tricks’. The group display picture cites Mrs Hinch despite there being no affiliation. Every few days, a post will appear in the group about the amazing results this person has had using a beauty product. When the followers ask for details, they will link to products from Good Skin. Various replies will also then recommend the same company. The post is then deleted a short time after.

This process is repeated over and over using the same few people and the same few stolen photos. The photos can be traced using a reverse image search which shows they are years old and stolen.

You will also see any of the positive reviews on left on Trustpilot are by names who are moderators of this group.

The registered owner of the company (as publicly available on Companies House) even comments on the products in her own name, pretending to be a consumer, raving about the great results she has supposedly had with the products.

If you report this, or call them out on their deliberate deception, you will be banned from the group.

Having placed an order, no items have been delivered. I have contacted the company several times to resolve, but have received no response.

I have now instigated a claim through my bank to recover the lost money. I have also collected evidence of their scam to send to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. I have also complained to Shop App, their payment provider.

Be warned. Do not waste your time and money. The owner also has a second company, Scrubology, and the exact same scam tactics as above are used to promote it in the same group.
