Delivery was quick, item was as described and I managed to put together with not too much difficulty. Pleased with purchase on whole. Though I did contact to query the picture on the assembly instructions as that showed a cover for the fire pit itself wind cover and not just the stones. To be honest I’d have liked this idea more than just for the stones and also a cover made of glass to match the table.
The lid/cover was a disappointment and lightweight. Plus the lid/cover for the fire pit with the stones doesn’t actually sit flat unless I remove half the stones, which is fine but also why I think a cover to sit on the wind cover would be much much better.

All goods delivered in good condition. Only thing missing was one of the rubber rests for the glass table.. not a big issue. Overall value for money

wonderful service throughout and furniture exactly as it was described really pleased with finished product.
Only negative is that there was only just enough nuts and bolts to complete the build. I lost a nut 1/2 way through and had to go to my local B&Q to get another one. It would be so much better if they supplied a spare couple of each type in the bag in the event of this happening.It would not be a costly exercise but could save a lot of time and frustration to the customer.

I ordered the lion playpen and the product itself is lovely! I had a few issues setting it up to begin with as some of the connecting parts were slightly misshaped (plastic moulded screw). I got in touch with the customer service team who were ever so friendly, understanding and resolved the issue quickly. I had the replacement parts delivered within a matter of days. Would definitely order from Goods Emporium again

Ordering and payment hassle free.
Goods arrived on time on a pallet . Building it all took around 2 hrs . Quality is pretty good but i am disappointed with the seat cushions as they are foam filled and extremely hard. They are not comfy and do not really give at all when sitting on them . Would have been much nicer if the foam blocks in the seat pads was softer. 😏

What a delight, after dealing with a company with the worst customer services ever, to meet a firm that places a high degree of importance on the same.
I ordered a set of Rattan patio furniture from Goods Emporium last week and it arrived the following day....yes, the very next day. This after ordering a similar patio set from a firm called Out & Out in June and I was still waiting a month later.
The quality of the GE furniture was excellent, though its construction proved a little challenging. There was one issue, which GE rectified after a telephone call..... again, the very next day. I would not hesitate to recommend Goods Emporium. 5 stars on value for money, speedy delivery, quality and customer service! All companies could learn from their example!!

Had a slight problem with one of the cushions that came with our furniture. Great communication and customer service, they replaced the whole cushion for us.

Item arrived quickly but had a damaged part contacted the company who sent out the replacement part the bbq is very sturdy solid construction easy to assemble for 1 person

We pre ordered our garden furniture and it arrived in the time frame given. Delivery was very good and the packages where undamaged. The set wasn't too bad to assemble and the finished product was really good quality and looks a lot more expensive than we actually paid. We did have a problem with one of the pieces but that was replaced immediately and Customer services were very polite and helpful and easy to speak to. I would definitely recommend you look at this company for your patio furniture.
