Pending product shipped
Overall, I rate them above average ☆☆☆☆. I find their customer service very responsive and helpful. However, it would have been constructive to inform me during my last order, which was delayed and held until I called them, informing me that the products I ordered were unavailable. They should have called me to inform me (which they said they did, granted I might have missed the calls), but a follow-up email would have confirmed my order as pending and confirmed the matter at hand. It was further delayed (to this day, 1/23/26) after we agreed on another date because my availability to pick it up wouldn't work. Communication problems can and will happen; I hope we can resolve this with email.

They didn't send an invoice and the goods were stopped at customs.
I've needed to prepare all the paperwork and it took a month to clear customs.
Asked the for docs but they never sent.

They refuse to ship my order. I paid them, sent them a receipt of payment from my bank, but they won't ship my order. It has been over a month and I have not received my order. I don't think it is a legitimate site.
