I left a review previously commending the quality of customer care I received from Charlie, however, I want to retract as I’ve been waiting a week now to year from customer support, with promises to hear back within 24 hours of my original complaint. I did not. So I followed up with an email and was told again, I would hear back in 24 hours, and I’m sitting here 48 hours later having heard nothing. Very sad that a Canadian brand doesn’t care to help their customers with their concerns.

Très bon service à la clientèle. Réponse quasi immédiate. J’ai essayé le mélange beurre d’arachides avec du lait et c’est délicieux ! Très pratique aussi de l’ajouter à des éléments cuisinés pour augmenter l’apport en saine protéines. Le produit idéal dans le but de contrôler mon pré-diabète.

J'aime la liste d'ingrédients qui me semble plus nutritive que d’autres marques. Je l'ai acheté parce qu'il ne contient apparemment pas de stevia et qu'il est mentionné « non sucré ». Mais pourtant le goût vraiment ULTRA sucré lève le cœur et étrangement c'est le même goût et le même engourdissement de la bouche que si ça contenait du stevia (attention aux allergiques). Ce serait plus honnête d'au moins mentionner que le goût est absolument TRÈS sucré (si c'est pas du stevia, y a clairement quelque chose d'équivalent et il faut le mentionner !!).

I am trying to find a new protein powder. Sent an email asking questions and I received an extremely prompt and informative response.

I have been using good protein powder for a couple of years. I appreciate that it is plant based, the clean ingredients and especizlly the 7gr if fiber. I tried so many flavors and they are all good. It is a tad bit sweet for my taste, but it is 0gr of added sugar so i don't mind that. Shout out to my girl Charlie at the customer service team, top notch service !

Highly recommend Good Protein!

The product is excellent. The service and support from the people of the cie is exceptional. I had question and very fast within a half day, get the answer and explanations.
The product was recommended by members of my family and close friends and I took a chance and I am not disappointed. I am happily surprised that still in 2026, to be able to get an excellent service and support.

I had an issue with my order not being received. I contacted customer service as soon as I realized I hadn’t received it. Their response was quick and when the delivery people couldn’t provide proof of delivery, they sent out a replacement order right away. I have been using Good Protein for several months and it is the best protein powder I have ever tasted. Love their variety of flavours.

I had to make a change to my order due to a personal situation, and I was so impressed with how efficiently and kindly Charlie & the team handled it. They processed the change, refunded straight away based off my email note promptly, without even requesting for clarification. They made the process simple, and treated me with genuine understanding. I wrote a personal message to clarify and their responsiveness was commendable. It’s rare to see such excellent customer service these days, and I truly appreciate their trust & professionalism and care. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and recommend them to others!

I had some confusion about the price and website but still went ahead and ordered the product(because its amazing!).

Once i got the confirmation I responded to the email. The email was answered within an hour with the explanation.

Amazing experience. I’m pretty much allergic to all other protein and so I ordered off Amazon for good protein. Then I realized I could order through their website. Somehow my account glitched and sent my protein to Calgary when I live in Edmonton. But luckily they were able to fix that for me and were so patient and kind about it! Would recommend! They have amazing fast customer service, I heard back very quickly and they made me feel heard.

Good Protein has been a staple in my pantry and daily protein and fibre intake for a couple years now. I love the flavours, the ingredients and the quality on top of that the fact that it is made in Canada and the customer service is and has always been so wonderful, I can’t imagine ordering my protein anywhere else! Don’t sleep on this creamy, flavourful high protein, high fibre, loaded vitamin and mineral supplement. They’re the best!

Not only do I find that they have the best protein powder on the market. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, their clear communication is unmatched. When I ran into an issue with a promo code. The team was prompt with their response, clearly explained everything, was understanding and provided solutions and resolved the issue without me needing to do anything more. I will continue to be a customer and share the brand with family and friends. Keep up the amazing service!

So awesome that it's a Canadian company, the all-in-one shake itself is smooth and easy to drink but it's SO SWEET. Like undrinkable. I physically can't get a glass down just because of the sweetness. So if you like things sweet you'll love this, if you don't, you'll hate it.

Do NOT subscribe to their subscription promo of 50% unless you want to send 5 emails and threaten them. They are saying there's a two order minimum when subscribing so if I cancel after my first order, they will charge the difference of my promo price to regular price ($66).
The customer service emails were very kind but clearly predatory and kept making me re-email back that I TRULY wanted to forgo the amazing benefits of being a subscriber. Finally on the 4th email they say that if I confirm, they will charge my card.
Just a warning out there - cannot cancel online until after your two orders. Classic tactics to make you not cancel, or authorize in writing to charge your card. I said no and am waiting for a reply to where in the terms of my order that was stated.

I have only tried the banana flavour so far, but really like it. It's not too thick like some that that almost choke you, just the right thickness and not chalky. Mixes very well in the shaker cup I bought. What really made me choose this one, was the vitamins and minerals in it. I have dietary malabsorption from gastric bypass and iron is very important to me. I need iron infusions and I'm hoping I can get enough from these to be able to get less infusions, maybe eliminating the need. Time will tell. Also, I had a question and used the email source. I was contacted in less than 24 hrs and my question and issue resolved immediately. I have absolutely nothing negative to say... and a bonus is... it's a Canadian business!
I'm sure I will be a long time customer.

Good Protein is the first all-in-one shake I’ve tried that is not only sublimely delicious but doesn’t lump and meets all my nutritional goals. Chocolate Fudge is my fav … it tastes sinful but there’s nothing to regret. LOL
I’d also recommend, from their Functional Wellness category, Golden Turmeric Latte. The latte, warmed with milk of your choice, feels like a hug in a mug.
