I had an issue with a "lost" shipment
I had an issue with a "lost" shipment. The staff at Good Protein kept a close watch on my package and where it stood in the delivery loop. I had ordered my product on March 28,2026 and what should have take 2 -3 days took 12 days. Some mix up must have occurred and when they enquired if I had received my parcel and I said no, they went into detecting mode.

I’ve been subscribing to Good Protein…
I’ve been subscribing to Good Protein almost since they first launched, and it’s by far the best protein shake I’ve ever used. There’s no aftertaste, and it’s incredibly filling. I usually have one in the morning, and sometimes another at night when I’m feeling a bit “peckish.”
I like to blend mine with ice, a banana, and a bit of peanut butter—it honestly feels like I’m treating myself. Over the years, I’ve introduced many of my friends to this product, and now they’re hooked too.
Not only is it a great product, but an added bonus is that it’s Canadian.

They do take customer care seriously
I received a faulty product back in January and had to reach out multiple times to different people over the course of a few weeks, which was a bit frustrating. However, I really appreciated how the situation was handled in the end.
To make up for the delay, they sent me a surprise bag, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture. It definitely turned my experience around.
Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and the way they made things right. Great customer care in the end!

I used the Order now system just before…
I used the Order now system just before Easter to give my daughters the collagen booster that they both liked. Even though it was a day since the order, I was use to a delivery notice. I texted Good Protein with my concern. Good Protein responded immediately reassuring me that they would initiate a delivery request. The delivery company responded to the request. The order arrived at the perfect time. I was able to give my daughters their collagen while they were visiting.

Absolute nightmare to cancel deliveries
I was not happy with the product I received and when I contacted them to cancel the subscription they will not allow it without charging a fee of $20. Literally a nightmare experience, required about 6 emails back and forth just to get to this point. I will NEVER recommend this company. A company that is confident in their products does not need to act this way. Very disappointing after trying to support a Canadian company and order from a retailer who’s not Amazon.

The best protein on earth!
Amazing company and even better flavours, I've tried multiple protein brands and they all left me bloated and all had a chalky aftertaste, this is the first protein that I don't experience any bloating afterwards.
All the flavours are amazing, but the maple cream is absolutely on another level, it satisfies my maple cream cookie cravings
p.s. would love to see a bubblegum flavour even if in limited run, would be amazing for the summertime

Great product
Great product. Speedy delivery. I get my shipment in 3 days. Customer service is amazing. They helped me out and it is greatly appreciated. I love the vanilla flavor. It helps curb my cravings. Hidden terms and Forced subscription - BEWARE!
I wish I could give a 0-star.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company.
My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. My shipment was delayed, and I was repeatedly told it was “on the way,” which turned out not to be true. I kept getting updates that gave the impression it was already moving, but nothing actually changed. The communication felt misleading and unreliable, and it honestly felt like I was just being told what I wanted to hear rather than the truth.
The customer service experience made things worse. The responses felt scripted and, frankly, quite scammy. There were a lot of empty promises and reassurances that didn’t match what was actually happening. I had to follow up multiple times and still couldn’t get a straight answer.
The subscription model is another major issue. It is not transparent at all. There are hidden conditions tied to promotional pricing that effectively lock you into additional charges if you try to cancel early. This was not clearly communicated upfront and feels very misleading.
On top of that, there is no straightforward way to remove your credit card from your account. You are forced to go through customer service just to have your payment method removed, which is extremely inconvenient and concerning.
Overall, this entire experience felt poorly managed and lacking transparency. I would not trust the information provided by customer service, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Best flavors are chocolate fudge and chocolate milk high protein by FAR. The berries and salty caramel are also good, but they are a little more clumpy. I mix 200ml water and 200ml 2% regular milk for the fat (taste enhancer). Great products!!👌

For the creamiest results, we usually recommend mixing the powder with 400–500ml of oat milk.

They have deleted my comment on their website so re-writing on here.
Their customer service is mainly AI which is slightly annoying as their robot repeats the same thing over and over. I returned a product in December of 2025, it was received by their warehouse 48h later and I was fighting all of January to get a refund. Their AI robot kept telling me the refund was on its way but I only got it in February after weeks of emailing them. I subsequently asked them to cancel my membership and three weeks later I got an automated order AGAIN, that I cancelled within the minute I received the confirmation email but once again they said via AI that they couldn't stop the order as it had already been packaged, which is impossible to do within 1 minute. Then I asked them for a refund, which they claim they allow on their website if not satisfied but they said no, just an exchange. I fought them for a week to get a refund and they still want to apply a 15% handling fee based on the whole order's price. Ridiculous. I will not order from them again.
