Honest, transparent and friendly to deal with.
The team at Goodmove were approachable and friendly throughout the difficult sale of a property. Zoe and Sophie were always quick to reply to any questions and just as quick to act in order to achieve a sale. In addition to being good at their job, they were friendly and pleasant in all correspondence.
From the start of the process, Goodmove are transparent and I never felt pressurised to do anything. The process for me was very easy and I had little to worry about as the team organised everything required, including dealing with the unexpected.

Customer Service second to none.
Customer Service was excellent from the beginning with Millie arranging viewings, through to completion with Zoe. Louise kept us up to date with legals. Would fully recommend using Good Move every time. Thanks all.

Really honest, not pushy, gave guidance
The person who I spoke to was so honest, friendly and gave his guidance. Really helpful.
We established early on in the conversation that this wasn’t the route for us, which was through him being honest, and he still shared his guidance.

Clear and helpful
Always keeping in touch when I needed reassurance or answers to my questions. I always knew the offer would be much lower than market value but the process was clear and easier for me to deal with when I was feeling overwhelmed, than to tackle myself independently. Dealing with 2 separate solicitor firms, 1 for Probate ,1 for Sale of property, had little continuity but both firms were excellent.
The sale completed quickly after that, and I was satisfied with the whole process. Thank you

Katy was great
Katy was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Always polite, efficient, friendly and had time to answer our queries. (One or two others in Goodmove were not quite 100% like Katy was). Her boss Georgia was helpful as well, especially at the start. Katy went the 'extra mile' for us, on more than one occasion.

Bought our first house with goodmove…
Bought our first house with goodmove and had a very positive experience! Our Sales Progressor Zoe was brilliant, she chased up the Solicitors, answered all our questions and replied to emails quickly. Great communication and very friendly, we had weekly contact on the phone as we were looking to complete withing 8-10 weeks and thanks to Zoe we completed in just under 10 weeks. Any issues we had in the house before purchase (like a small leak on a toilet and one of the windows) was dealt with very quickly and everything was up to a good standard and in good working condition when we moved in! Thank you for your hard work Zoe, and thanks to goodmove for our first beautiful house.
