I have been a GLS helper for the past 4 years. They have always supported me in any problems that have arisen and been sorted by their wonderful team. They are a phone call away when needed and always come back to me. You are not just a number to them but are a valued helper. I have had a few very thoughtfull surprises from them. I love helping and putting a smile on my clients faces and I hope to carry on working with GLS for as long as I can.

Being able to find customers that you can really bond with is a wonderful way to work.
I get to chose my hours and how far I travel, things always change, but Good Life Sorted have generally found more customers for me when this happens.
The new improvements to the app are great and easy to use.

Working for Good Life Sorted is so rewarding. It really is wonderful to make the life of a customer better. I see my customers more like friends and really look forward to going to see them. The Good Life management team have always been so supportive too.

I joined GLS in 2021 as a helper. I love the fact that you can manage your own time and diary directly with the customer and that GLS are always there to help with cover and offer help and advice if needed. I have some lovely clients who I know find my visits and trips out invaluable. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction knowing that I am making a difference in someone life.

I enjoy working with Good Life Sorted more than any of my previous roles. I feel like I'm positively inputting into my clients lives, I can be flexible with my times to help them attend appointments etc, I can be part of their days, if only for a few hours a week and that is so fulfilling for me, as well as for them. I work for GLS as a Helper for few years now and I love it. If I need help or resolve the problem there is always quick respond from the Management. The same with Helpers. We help each other sharing our experience or covering shifts, holidays etc. There is a professional approach from everyone. It’s a very satisfying and rewarding job.

I have no complaints about Good Life Sorted, they have been most helpful in getting Attendance Allowance for me and both the carers they found for me are so kind and thoughtful. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance and advice.

This company did a great job in helping to fill in the details required to complete the firm , then check and deal with any queries that were raised. Never had to wait for and always got fast response from our contact at the company. Without their help would never have completed the forms. Well worth the cost to remove the hassle, your work much appreciated.

I cried when I was told that I had been granted Attendance Allowance- all thanks to the Company Good Life Sorted, a firm I discovered some months ago. My wonderful helper , James, put me in touch with his colleague, Sally Pugh, and both helped me to apply. I received two replies - the first one sent good news, the second said "Sorry but claim has not been successful". James telephoned, and was told that this second reply was 'sent in error'. Luckily this was sorted out, and I received payments. Such a happy surprise to be able to claim this which will make a big difference to my life.

I have been dealing with Good Life sorted for two years. I rate the procedure and experience as professional and am very happy with GLS.

My Mum has been engaged with her helper for over a year now and is extremely satisfied.
The helper is very professional and committed to making the visits something for Mum to look forward too.
Even though Mum's physical condition has declined in recent months and she is largely bed ridden now, the helper has not dropped her enthusiaism to meet with Mum at all. Thank tou.

It has been a positive and happy experience working as a helper with GoodLifeSorted over the past 10 months. I have had the privilege of meeting great people in the community and providing help tailored to them as individuals. Conversation with customers is part of the pleasure.
A key benefit for helpers is flexibility to arrange visits at times suitable for self and customer. The company is efficient, friendly and provides wise advice when contacted.

I received a flyer from GLS in the post at the perfect time as my mum had been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's and we needed some additional support in terms of companionship rather than care. The process from initial contact to finding someone very local to us was quick and straightforward. Most importantly my mum is very happy with her companion.

The carer provided to support my elderly mother has been really brilliant. She has made a great relationship with my Mum, is flexible in what she does when she visits. She takes time to listen to my Mum and respond to what she hears if needed. She communicates with me regularly so we can continually update how my Mum is supported.
My Mum now goes out and about with her regularly, it has made a massive difference to my Mums quality of life. She was helpful and available when my Mum needed extra support after a minor operation which was helpful. The carer has become such an asset in ensuring my Mum can live independently, we now worry much less about her being alone.

I have worked as a Helper with Good Life Sorted for over two years and I have found this role to be extremely rewarding and enjoyable. I have built strong ,long lasting and personal relationships with the people I help and I’m very well supported by the company. I can structure my work schedule around my personal life so I experience a great work / life balance.
