I wish I could give ZERO stars! The first time I tried to order from Goodfair I ended up having to request a refund because it had been months and I hadn’t received anything (including an update). I completely understand mistakes happened so I figured I’d try it again. It took months again for anything to be shipped out but this time I was informed with updates and such so I didn’t mind. When I finally received my box, I was very upset to find that half of the stuff had an awful smell and the other half has issues like pilling and fading. It is used clothing so normal wear and tear is totally acceptable however this was more than that. The styles and colors are awful and I’ve tried to give it away to family or friends but no one will take it. It’s currently sitting in a box in my storage until I can try to convince a thrift store to take it or just take it to the dump.
I’d send it back for a refund but my location makes shipping expensive and difficult.

Placed an order with them in August and still have not received my items or an explanation why it's taking so long. When I do get a response to my emails it seems to be automated. I did order from them a few times before this last time and it was great, items arrived fast and if I was displeased with something they would send a replacement for free (had to pay s&h) but it seems like their staff has completely given up trying to run a business and if that is the case refund everyone their money a close down shop but don't leave everyone wondering where their money went!
Haven’t received my order!
This is my first time buying from sh!t fair and it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received my order. I wanted to buy from here because I wanted to be surprised with what I got. Instead I’m surprised by their slow ass shipping and them stealing my money. I will never ever buy from this piece of crap ever again just spend your money at an actual thrift store!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered from here before with no issues, now it’s been over a month and a half since i placed an order with no hope for it ever being delivered. Cant even get someone from customer service to respond to any of my emails. So disappointed, wouldn’t recommend.
Awful
My last order experience from Goodfair was awful. It took nearly 6 weeks to receive my order. When it arrived, my items had a ton of holes and stains. It was very upsetting. The customer service was awful too. No one could give me a clear answer to the hold up on my order. It was very frustrating. After complaining, I finally received a full refund. I won’t be ordering from Goodfair again.

I am very pleased with all the products that I have bought from Goodfair. The quality is good, the prices are more than fair and it is a very good way to help the Earth.

Very unreliable, waste of time…
After reading some of these other reviews I can tell you they’re true. I ordered a month ago and have received none of my items. They aren’t responding to my emails and haven’t even sent my order information. This is not a company that should be trusted.

It’s been over two months since I placed my order and I still have not received anything. I ordered over $90 of items. I have emailed customer service multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I heard good things abt goodfair about a year ago but now I don’t recommend or will be ordering again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made an order 2 months ago and have yet to receive any of my items and they are now not responding to any of my emails. This company is a scam.
Only one usable item for $75
Ordered 2 quilts, a sweatshirt bundle and a tee.
Ordered in August, it arrived October 22. Opened it, one quilt, is decent. One has holes and is more a comforter than a quilt. Also it is sport themed and my only request was no sports.
The sweatshirts are the worst. They are all poor condition pulling marks, one has stains and dirt ALL OVER IT. The t-shirt was ok, but a woman's large when I wanted a male large.
Just a mess. Contacted customer service to see what they will do but I'm not setting my expectations high.
False advertisement
You got to be füçkīñg kidding me. #Falseadvertisement this so-called business has no customer service it’s almost as if nobody works for them. It’s been 18 days since I first reached out for help with my order. I attempted to contact them via email several times, Instagram and by Facebook with no response. This “company” is a joke and should be ashamed by how they do business.
Horrible customer service, money wasted
I placed an order 20 days ago. There has been no updates, and no response to any of my emails, dms, and comments on Goodfair's social media pages. Seems like these people are only interested in taking your money.
Online thrifting? Yes, please!
Loved every single item I’ve received- and at such an amazing price. I love the idea of being able to thrift online, and the variety is amazing. I’ve recommended Goodfair to literally everyone I know!
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had
I did not and am yet to receive one of the items from my order (tie dye t-shirt), received two sweatshirts I would not wear, and then found out the sweatshirt package is ineligible for the second chance replacement program, and some of the shirts had stains. Tried to reach customer service and kept receiving automated emails. Just a truly terrible experience. Horribly disappointed.

Poor Customer Communication
My order arrived on time as expected and had all of the items I was anticipating. Some of the items were mis-sized and were not wearable. I reached out immediately to the company by email and did not have a response for over a week. I reached out via Instagram and eventually had a response but it took more than three days. When I followed up with additional questions no response was provided. At this time I would never recommend this company to a friend. They are unable to keep their promise of "making it right" because they do not communicate with their customers or care to solve issues in a timely fashion.
Dead to me
Last Feb. I placed my first order with Goodfair.com. It was great! I mean, one of the men's denim jackets was actually a women's (immediately obvious by buttons and puffy '80's style) but no big deal for the price and fun. Goodfair has now killed all fun. I placed my second order (at a cost of 73.37 which was taken from my bank account immediately). It is now 16days later and the order has not even left their facility. I sent an inquiry to their "support" more than 24 hours ago and did not even get a courtesy email indicating that they had gotten that email. Today I sent another...again, nothing. Did some Google searching and found a different email listed to contact them. I have now sent a 3rd email. This time, I at least got an automated response. This will be my last time using Goodfair.
