Excellent Team
We’ve been working with LOCAD for our 3PL needs in Australia & NZ, and the experience has been outstanding! Their Customer Success & Support Team, especially Elise and Karen, go above and beyond to ensure smooth operations and timely support. They are responsive, proactive, and genuinely care about their clients’ success. Just Avoid (Honest review after 3-years)
Just avoid! Been with them for 3-years. Used to be not bad, now terrible.
I use 3PL's all over the world, and LOCAD/Logistech is the worst, period.
1. If your stock arrives at the warehouse 1-minute late from when you said it would, they hold your stock and refuse to load it into their system as a punishment. Even if you're sold out and customers are waiting, they'll refuse to load it for at least a week. Yes... they treat you like children and 'punish' you for situations outside your control.
2. If you get a big order from a VIP customer (e.g. 8 items) they won't ship it, because it's 'too big'. Most 3PLs would just print the courier tickets required to ship the order. Locad doesn't, they just don't ship it and leave it sitting unshipped for over a week.
3. They aren't actually the 3PL, they are the software, so you're likely paying middleman fees.
They used to be better and we never had complaints, but there service has got worst and worst each year. So if you're a new brand considering signing up... I'd advise you look elsewhere.

Ever since we started working with Locad, our operations have become much more streamlined. Their platform helps us stay on top of inventory levels, avoid stockouts, and manage logistics costs more efficiently—it’s made day-to-day fulfillment feel effortless.
Achieved quick shipping with Locad!
The (SDF) has consistently remained above 90% throughout the year with Locad, which is an exceptional achievement. Their operational process is highly streamlined, and when it comes to the platform, it stands out for being intuitive, user-friendly, and fully capable of meeting all our business requirements.

Service will being onboarded was fantastic, and incredibly proactive. However, since being on boarded, it's like I've been dropped like a hot potato.
Orders aren't being shipped, Lodging tickets with support does not result in ANY response (despite their, claim to respond in 24 hours). The support staff in the WhatsApp chat take quite a long time to reply, and when they do, it's simply 'we'll look into this'. For example, We've had an order sitting in the warehouse unprocessed for 4 weeks! And yet, the only response support can give us, is that they 'will look into this' - seriously? 4 weeks of 'looking into it'? How about, just get it shipped?

Amazing Locad SG team
It has been a pleasant experience with Locad SG during our 1.5 years working with them, especially for a prevenue brand like ours who has never worked with a fulfilment center before. We learnt a lot along the way, and noticed they were learning a lot through the partnership as well. They were collaborative and willing to listen to our concerns and were flexible with us when times got tough.
Like any fulfilment center you work with, they are not perfect but what matters is their willingness to try to make it possible. That is real partnership.
A special mention to the managers, customer service and warehouse team in Singapore: Meera, Nia, Justin, Enzo, Wei Hao and Von. Who has gone above and beyond and has attentive to our needs. It was reassuring to see how much they cared about our business and that we're not just a number, despite being a smaller brand.

Mixed Experience with Locad
I've been using Locad for over six months now, drawn in by their promise of simplicity and ease in logistics and supply chain management. Initially, my experience was quite positive, especially during the onboarding process. The account manager assigned to me was helpful and made the initial setup smooth and encouraging.
However, as time progressed, I've encountered several persistent issues that have marred my experience. On the financial side, there have been numerous errors in billing, with several instances of being charged incorrectly despite assurances to the contrary. The lack of accountability and accuracy in this area is concerning and has led to unnecessary complications for my business. In fact, most recently they had shifted their warehouse and migrated all my stocks to the new location. However, in my billing, I was charged the pullout fees, despite being assured that I was not going to be charged since this was a Locad initiated move. Only when I checked the bill properly did they rectify this, but this shouldn't have even happened to begin with.
Another major issue is the control and reliability of their warehouse operations. Since Locad does not own the warehouses or last mile operations, but relies on third parties, the updates and inventory management are often inaccurate. This has resulted in lost orders, missing items, and late shipments, which is unacceptable and disruptive for any business relying on timely deliveries. I've had to refund many customers, resulting in losses for my business and poor experience for my customers.
Communication and overall accountability have also been significantly lacking. Despite numerous inquiries and open tickets—some of which have been unresolved since last year—getting clear and timely responses has been a struggle. This has been incredibly frustrating and has made it difficult to trust that my concerns are being handled with the seriousness they deserve.
While I recognize that Locad is a relatively new player in the industry and growing pains are to be expected, the ongoing issues have made it impossible for me to consider scaling up my operations with them as a partner. Reliability and trust are key in logistics, and unfortunately, these elements have been lacking. For these reasons, I have began to even consider new logistics partners once my contract ends.

I have been a customer of LOCAD since July 2023 and some parts of it has just been a nightmare. For context, I operate a small business and transact $30- 60k/mth with LOCAD (warehousing costs, fulfillment costs etc). Since the beginning, they've failed to package my parcels well, resulting in broken handmade pieces (that I personally make) and simply missed out items in the package. When asked to reship the missing items due to their warehouse error, they told me they might not be able to cover shipping because "shipping costs are too high". The initial errors keep happening even till now (Sept 2023) and nothing has been fixed

LOCAD is the best when it comes to fulfillment mainly because of the efficiency of their service. You get the best out of your business without having to stress about booking and arranging fulfillment orders :)
These guys are the best
These guys are the best. They provide you with a dashboard that can track inventory and orders in real time which is super necessary for my ecommerce business. That said, i wish they were more flexible with their sales data. They only show trailing 14-day sales whereas i need to see up to 2 months. Still the best tho.
I receive good service from them
I receive good service from them! Workflow improved and problems with the dispatch process have been minimized compared to my old fulfillment partner. Our fulfillment process is almost on autopilot once we've inbounded our products with them.
LOCAD has a helpful team that cares about your business
We no longer need to worry about the order fulfillment and 3PL aspect as LOCAD has it covered. The team assigned to me is responsive, helpful, and addresses my concerns as a solo business owner. With their help and efficient fulfillment service, I got to keep most of my reviews in the past 3 to 6 months at 5 stars.
A great partner that helped me ship anywhere in Australia
When you’re using your own one-man band, it’s hard to make it affordable to ship to wider parts of Australia. But by working with someone like LOCAD, who has existing business relationships with shipping carriers, it becomes more affordable to push out our different brands to more customers. Now with LOCAD, 95% of our shipments are shipped within 90 minutes.
I like LOCAD so much, they're now fulfilling two of my businesses
