Goli customer service is amazing
I reached out to Goli customer service about a package that didn’t make it to my house. They handled me with care and responded to my emails within the hour. They are amazingly understanding and proactive. If you ever have a product problem contact them immediately and they will get it taken care of swiftly.

My new routine
When I married my husband, I knew he didn’t like veggies or a lot of things that are good for you. I do. However, my meals have changed a little because I’m not about to make 2 dinners every night. I found myself eating less veggies. When I found Goli in CVS, I thought this is great. Then I talked my husband into taking them and he does to my surprise. So I get my Goli in CVS, Amazon or on the Goli store on Whatnot.

Love the flavors and can tell a difference when I take them consistently but some of them are so sticky it’s hard to get them to unclump to get them out. Can I put cornstarch or something like that in the bottle to help with the stickiest ones or will that mess them up? My women’s complete multi is the stickiest. Great product overall.

The gummies gave me really bad stomach…
The gummies gave me really bad stomach aches that persisted for the first 3 weeks of taking the vitamins. When I first started taking the vitamins, I was having vivid nightmares, so I reduced the Ashwagandha to only take in the morning. I’ve winced stopped taking all of the vitamins, and feel normal again.
