3rd purchase just made from Golfworkx, and each time has been superb. Credit where it's due.

Have used Golfworx on a number of occasions now and find them first class, recently had a fitting and my new clubs have certainly improved my game, the shop is quite extensive with a very good variety of clothing and equipment

I have purchased Golf equipment from Karl at Golfworx on multiple occasions for a number of years and can only praise his excellent service and support. He has always provided clear and sensible advice and has strong relationships with the manufacturers to get custom fit products exactly to my specifications. For example I have recently ordered custom fit mizuno wedges which were ordered on Sunday and delivered by Friday!

If like me you value proper customer service, product knowledge and a fair deal give Golfworx a try you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding service from Karl when I visited him recently to have a full woods, iron and wedge set up. He gave honest and meaningful advice on what would be best for my game and was genuinely interested in selling me the right clubs, not necessarily the most expensive options. I would highly recommend anyone to pay a visit to the shop or the website as you're guaranteed a cracking deal.

Brilliant service from Karl, I wasn't sure what bounce I'd need on some new Titleist SM6 Vokey 50 & 56 degree wedges so we had a chat and spent some time in the practice bay and decided on the correct models for my swing, the service was excellent and the price was cheaper then anywhere else even online!
I'd highly recommend Golfworx to others and I'll be returning for fairway woods and a driver in the new year to see Karl again👏

As my previous review stated I had ordered another item. I asked Karl if he could use extra packaging which he has and I have received the item within a couple of days in excellent condition.

SUPERB service and informative emails,Karl & his team cannot be praised enough for very enjoyable & pleasant trans-action from start to finish.
Email custom fitting / preferences/ choice of grips etc etc and Karl will reply very fast with informative emails. When my irons were completed and Dispatched golfworx enabled me to track the bundle right to my doorstep within a 1 hour window of predicted delivery. The very next Day I received my parcel neatly packaged with NO DAMAGE whatsoever.
My Srixon irons are GENUINE- No FAKES . SUPERB SUPERB SUPERB.

I recently visited Karl 3 times in approx. 3 weeks to get fitted for a full set of irons followed by driver and fairway wood followed by rescue club and lob wedge. As per other reviews, Karl was excellent with his knowledge, guidance and patience! The iron set fitting session alone lasted over 2.5 hours trying out Ping, TaylorMade and Callaway latest irons, which also included a virtual full lesson thrown in! Karl then reviewed with me all the stats from the flight scope monitor and from this decided the Ping G series was the set I would subsequently buy. Karl even went the extra mile and phoned Ping to enquire about getting the new clubs fitted with modified shafts. It was similar for the driver / fairway wood and rescue / lob wedge, all of which came out at the new Ping G series and Ping Glide wedge.
I could write loads more positives about Karl but in summary, if you're looking to get custom fitted by a very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly golf professional who also has a vast array of golf clubs and custom fitting kits from all the main manufactures in his shop at extremely competitive prices, then look no further than Karl at Golfworx!

Great service from Karl! He responded very quickly to any queries or questions that we had and help a lot with the custom options. He kept me up to date everyday with what was happening. Golf clubs were delivered on time and for the price you could not ask for anymore. The clubs are fantastic, just what I expected.

I had been thinking about buying some new clubs for a while but was not willing to pay the prices asked for by my local clubs/stores. I came across Golf worx while searching the internet and noticed a set of clubs id been after for a while but at a greatly reduced price. I have never purchased from the internet so felt a little unsure as to how to move forward. I contacted Karl and explained my concerns, he immediately put me at ease and after a short discussion I ordered a custom set of Taylormade Clubs. The order was sent on 9/11/15 and I received them on the 12/11/15. The customer service I received from start to finish has been excellent with me being kept informed by both e mail and txt on the progress of my order.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends and family and should I need any more equipment I would not hesitate to use them again.

Best service I've had from any company. I ordered some new irons on a Wednesday at lunchtime. I asked them to put some tape on the grips for me which I know takes time and deliver them by Friday. They communicated via email to keep me updated and I received my clubs in excellent packaging at lunchtime friday. I feel they went above and beyond. Will definatly recommend and use them in the future.

Everything you expect from excellent service and more, great price, great delivery and great communication.

Will definitely be buying from here again.
