Fantastic service from GoldXChange, easy process from start to finish and I was kept informed at all stages of the process when I was selling some scrap gold jewellery. From when they received the pre-paid Special Delivery envelope which I took to Post Office yesterday, I was emailed this morning saying they had received the package, and got a phone call a few hours later with a quote which I happily accepted. The money was in my bank by mid afternoon. I would definitely recommend this efficient trust worthy company.

Cheshire gold exchange Knocks it out the park.
Received my prepaid envelope and instructions, popped my gold in, returned back to the Cheshire gold exchange, less than 24hrs received a fair offer which I accepted, money was in the bank within 5 mins of me accepting the offer, really exceptional service, don't worry about sending your gold here, 10/10 service thank you.

Sent a palladium ring via their free…
Sent a palladium ring via their free postal service and got an email saying the item was under 10grams so they won't buy, stating that I must send them £10 to return the ring or "Alternatively, we can dispose of the item for you"
The one form they send you in the package with the postage bag even says if you don't know the weight you don't need to enter the weight...
I wouldn't trust this company in the future and I would advise others to avoid.

Excellent company to do business with
Requested a pack, posted the gold off and it arrived the next day before 1pm. I was emailed to say it had arrived. Received an email 3.5 hours later with an offer, which was exactly the amount I was expecting. Reconfirmed bank details by return email which was acknowledged and confirmed that the funds would be in my bank account by the end of the day. Funds received at 5.30pm. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Fantastic service!!! Would 100% recommend.

A really excellent service.
The pre-paid envelope arrived next working day. Took the items to the post office and by 2.00pm the following day, received a call with the valuation exactly as expected. After confirmation of acceptance the payment was in my bank within an hour.

I have sent gold to other company but…
I have sent gold to other company but did not receive what I thought I would so I tried this company. Was surprised to hear one chain was not gold so had it sent back to me.
I think this company is much better with the amount you get for your gold. I will be using them in future.
